I have noticed this during the last few days, I love Starbucks these last few days a new girl has attended me at this location her name is desli or Leslie she makes my coffee she charges me and then she goes to heat my food just how I like!, sometimes she is also in the drive thru and I see her until the afternoon she is very smiling and energetic but that seems job exploitation to me all the others workers are nice but she brightens my days before going to work and makes me want to come back every day for my dark roast or my morning teas she even introduced me the new dark roast, she also helped my father to pay because he does not know how to use a card because of his age and she had a lot of patience with him, he was visiting and he’s disabled, so I thank her very much but the store must make some improvements they need to have more people like her
I recommend that anyone who wants to go for a drink with a good costumer service come in the mornings she is always there the afternoons are great but you need to wait too long

The best place and Starbucks I’ve visited, the atmosphere is very nice,and cozy; I ordered a VT mocha cookie crumb, it was the best Frappuccino I’ve had in more than four years, they brought me many memories of my country, and I don’t even like Frappuccinos. And the baristas are amazing!!

Nothing out of the ordinary for menu or selection and the building itself is in a nice location easy access etc. While everything just conveys is your typical options for a Starbucks the waiting time for this location is not. This is the second time in a week at this location. The drive through and inside were both backed up considerably on both separate occasions. The order consisted of 1 coffee flat white and the order took much longer than anticipated. The espresso shot had been extracted for too long, resulting in a bitter, dry, and unpleasant taste. The staff inside were going at a snail pace from those prepping the food orders to the barista prepping the espresso shots. It appears to be a building location issue not a Starbucks issue.

We waited 25 mins in drive thru for them to remake multiple drinks for customers before us. (Counted six go back into the window between two cars) Every single order was not correct because they had so many people pulling off.
I had to leave the line to come inside to pay for my order because each drink was incorrect for the cars in front. It was overwhelming for the cashier and management wasn’t helping her.
When coming inside, the window cashier was trying to pass my drinks to the incorrect car again, so I had to shout out to her that they were mine, so they wouldn’t have to remake it and make either of our times longer.
The whole shift had literally no management taking control of the situation, as the reviews seem, this isn’t new. I would avoid if you are just stopping off the highway for a quick stop.

I really want to love this store but they make it so hard to. It’s very inconsistent, I order the same 3 drinks and I can guarantee AT LEAST once a week I have to ask for it to be remade. It’s in such a convenient location so my desperation for coffee makes me go back but I hate their inconsistency. For instance today I had the most bitter matcha with clumped up chunks of it floating in my drink……

Don’t do it,You’ll be in the drive through for 30 minutes minimum. drive through was packed. parking lot was packed,cars were trying to back in park in an already busy parking lot. it was a mess. They gave me the wrong order,closed the window then didn’t come back to the window for at least 10+ minutes. i told her she gave me the wrong order,she takes the order back (it was a drink and croissant). i’m about 90% sure she handed that order to the correct person as if it wasn’t in the possession of some strangers car for that long amount of time.

I’m writing to express my growing frustration with the consistently long wait times for in-store orders at your location. It has become a repeated issue where the drive-thru is prioritized, leaving customers inside waiting well over 15 minutes for a simple drink. This morning was no different.
I waited so long that I ended up late for a meeting, and the store was not even busy, 1 customer in front of me.
As a regular customer, it’s extremely disappointing and honestly feels unacceptable at this point. The in-store experience should not be this frustrating, and it’s to the point where I’m considering no longer visiting any location at this point.

The customer service at this location needs a lot of work. The staff do not make you feel welcomed and do not seem sincere to help. I have come to this location a few times and each time I ask myself why. It’s such a drastic difference than other locations. One manager I spoke to was very helpful and the other had the same energy as the staff members.
