The staff are amazing and friendly, however, never ever drink a plain water there, it has a metal ashes and when pointed out was hoping something will be done, unfortunately after 4 months very same ashes are still in the bottom of your white cup for kids.

Literally the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the food was fresh. The service was amazing. The food was amazing they brought it out to the table where my boyfriend and I were sitting and the guy had a big stack of condiments different flavors that we can choose from it was fabulous out of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 32 years of being alive this one is by far in the top three. Amazing experience!

Our food was not cooked well at all I could tell fries and crispy chicken was fried in either old oil or overheated. My sandwich was supposed to be light on the mayo. My boyfriend’s burger was not cooked all the way through. It was just gross. Very disappointed. It was a 35$ tab. We drank our mocha frappes for dinner. Not even enough ice in drinks for them to be cold..

One of the last McDonald’s that still has a place center kids love this plus you’re in walking distance to the outlets. You can walk off your meal and then return for an ice cream after.

Everybody at this location is incredibly friendly, but Margie, Perla, and Sarah all really stand as being incredibly friendly and professional. I get an iced coffee almost every day after work and my coffee is consistently great. Those three ladies always put a smile on my face and greet me by name and make me so happy to go here every day! Thanks to these ladies for always being so sweet and making my day better!!

Both times I have eaten here the food I ordered tasted bad. Gross. The fries I ordered the first time were bitter. Like something burnt has been stuck in the fryer for days. Today I ordered 2 big Macs on the Mobile app. Mine was disgusting. It has to be the sauce it was slimey smothered in, maybe rancid? Smelled bad and tasted worse.
I will not come back to this location. I will just wait next time and go to my usual location on Sunrise. They have reliable fresh tasty food.

Passed by here earlier this afternoon, just before 3:00PM. This is the first time I went to this McDonald’s location in Lincoln, California. I rarely go to McDonald’s now these days. I went here with My Father. He and I just came from a job interview at Thunder Valley Casino Resort not too far from this McDonald’s. I used the receipt to buy one sandwich and get one sandwich for an equal or lesser value. I ordered two Big Macs. The Combo/Meal was not included in the BOGO deal. I also ordered two large fries and two large drinks. The service was good, and the worker was really nice and respectful. Walking inside, it wasn’t that crowded.

This has never happened to me before in my life, you always hear about people biting into a peace of fat…well I bit into my spicy MCchicken and their was a BONE! NOT JUST A LITTLE ONE I’m sorry but McDonald’s, I will no longer be eating here. I would add in a photo but it doesn’t give me an option.

I have to give a review because every time I go inside this McDonald’s Patty is so kind and professional! She sprinkles love on all the guests and sends them out smiling. She is happy, positive, and enthusiastic! I want to say thank you! I love going through drive through but every time it’s too busy and I have to go inside, I am happy I did!! Why? Because Patty seems to always know how to brighten up people’s day with her positive vibrant attitude! She has literally brightened my day 3 different times by just being her!
