We went to pickup a catering order at this Subway and as it turned out, the large catering was never placed or placed incorrectly by the catering company (ez cater). After figuring this out, the women were so helpful and were able to whip up 4 party platters for us on the fly. Amazing service! They were so patient with us (we were very confused and frustrated!) and so very helpful. They had nothing to do with the mix-up, but they absolutely solved our problem for us. Thank you!!!

I was just running in and out to grab lunch when one of the employees thought it was her job to comment on what my son was wearing as if he wasn’t dressed appropriately for the weather. What is actually inappropriate is someone giving unsolicited feedback when it’s not in your job description. Next time, I would appreciate if the staff would kindly mind their own business. I got a #7 Mexican style chicken sandwich. Indian lady with missing front teeth was very nice and helpful, but she must be using strong scented lotion or strong scented handwash soap because parts of my sandwich tasted like scented hand lotion. It was absolutely gross.

I stopped in for a diet coke. Soda machine broken, so I grabbed a diet coke bottle from the fridge. It was warm. She says she’ll tell boss about fridge not working. So I asked for a cup so I can fill with ice, but she says it’ll be $2 for the cup. So i passed. This Subway doesn’t offer sandwich of the day deal, so full price for everything- full meal or not. Before leaving, I went to use washroom, flusher doesn’t work and no soap. Done!!!

Bad Customer service I ordered chicken teriyaki that I have sent my son to get it and they took advantage of him because of his age they barely put like four or five pieces of chicken teriyaki it seems like that they put out of their pocket this is not fair I pay nine dollars for that bad experience !

I usually go to this place, but today I had a bad experience, I had a 6 inch sub but the lady there try to give me a bread that it was not recently cut it, some one in front of me had a 6 inch sub cut it from an other fresh bread, but she try to make mine with a different piece of bread maybe from the day before, I will never comeback there anymore!!!!!!

I found something weird in my sandwich I always get the chicken teriyaki and when I took my 4th or 5th bite of my sandwich and chew it I was chewing on something hard. I found a bone in my sandwich.
