This box brought us from the middle of Indiana to here. It did not disappoint. We called ahead of time to ensure we could get what we wanted. The kind woman on the phone was very helpful and took her time to answer a few questions. When we arrived, the food was ready and looked exactly as advertised. The sushi in this GIANT pizza box tasted fresh and absolutely delicious to me, my wife, and my children loved it.
Would recommend taking the time to check this place out and to glean info from other reviews.

The wait time is ridiculous, we waited for 30 minutes to be seated, it took 1 hour to receive our drinks from the bar. The place was half-empty, but we ordered two drinks- one for each person. The sushi was decent, but no soy sauce provided/ avalable at the tables, we did not get chop sticks either had to find our waiter to get it. When we asked the waiter why it took an hour to get our drinks, the respond was: ” I am not sure”, no explanation or apologies provided. It took 30 minutes to get our soups, we had to wait for 1,5 hours to get our sushi….The ambiance is of a fast food place, the tables are not decorated or not supplied with any sauces. Horrible experience, waste of time and a mood killer. What a waste of money, time and Saturday evening.

We must have came at a bad time since they are offering their buffet for Feb/March. They condensed their menu. No ramen was on their menu. Half the group wanted to order the crispy pork dishes but they didn’t have any pork belly. It would have been nice for the server to tell us that ahead of time as they had to go for a second option. They opted for the ground pork/chicken basil instead. The thai basil dishes were way too salty and it seemed to be prepared/mixed before hand. It was clumpy like. I wish I would have taken a picture of the dish. Definitely not authentic. It also barely had any basil in it. If you want an egg, you have to pay extra to have it. But traditionally it’s supposed to go with it. You are better off going to a different Thai place in town for a traditional thai basil dish. And for pork you have to pay $2 more. It’s a staple for it to be pork thai basil but you still have to pay $2 more for it? Crazy. Chicken/tofu wasn’t charged extra. I had the green curry. It was good but have had better. Was looking forward to their buffet over the weekend but after this experience, we wouldn’t care to come back again. There are way better thai options in town. This place is mediocre at best.

I’ve been living in the US for 10 years, and this is hands down the best Thai food I’ve had so far. Being Asian and having traveled to Thailand several times, I know what authentic Thai food tastes like—and this came pretty close to the real deal.

The Pad Thai stood out for me: the flavor profile was spot on, and the noodles had that perfect al dente, chewy texture that I love. Their Mooping (grilled pork skewers) were also delicious, well-seasoned, and tender. We also tried the Appetizer Sampler Set B, which was a great way to taste a little bit of everything, and it didn’t disappoint. And I have to mention their Thai Iced Tea—it tasted just like the ones I had in Thailand, rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced.

Overall, the food here really impressed me. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more dishes on their menu.

Visited them the second time and tried a few more dishes. All dishes tried so far have been good and definitely recommend this place. One of my new fav Thai places in the Milwaukee area.

Great place. Good taste very good.
The thai tea is great.
Service can be tricky. We went there twice and the first time was not the best one but second time Andrew took a great care of us.
They very strict on leftovers so be careful.

When my family visits we like to explore new places together, so made lunch reservations here, and it was an unforgettable experience. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted, and delighted by the gorgeously decorated space.
The menu is huge, and offers a wide variety of authentic Thai and Japanese dishes, and we ordered a selection to try, including a Panang curry, pad Thai, an appetizer sampler, sushi, and more, and Thai iced coffee with freshly made Boba pearls.
Everything was expertly prepared, with bold flavors and perfectly balanced spices, just amazing.
Our server Belle was friendly and attentive, happily answering questions and making recommendations, very helpful.
If you’re a fan of Thai cuisine or just looking to try something new, Bangkok Kaizen is a must-visit! The combination of delicious food, beautiful atmosphere and excellent service makes it a top-notch dining experience, highly recommend.

Just needed to add that we went for the All-You-Can-Eat lunch special, an amazing value and such a fun experience.
