Do Not go to this Zaxbys unless you like warm salads!
We ordered 2 zalads last night
The salads had the right ingrediants, but the salad itself wasn’t even cold! It tasted like they just put it together from items that had been setting out day! I was so looking forward to a good cold, crispy salad….not here, again!

Chicken was old and looks like they tried reheating it in the fryer before giving it to me, leaving so much grease in the bottom of my box. The dry rub lemon pepper was soggy from all the grease. Cold fries. Toast was fine.

Start off with some good. Staff seemed friendly and patient with me even though it took me a minute to peace an order together for my family. Because, I haven’t eaten at this location or at a Zaxbys in some time. Thankful to the two girls in the window. Thank you. Food was good.
Now the down side, so thought I would change up dinner time with some fast food. Went through the drive through and got one large up grade and one regular. No need to upgrade it doesn’t get you much maybe more to drink? Very disappointed when I got home to expect large tinders like it use to be. See pics. They are very small. I was charged for an extra bbq and sauce… they didn’t make it into my bag. Didn’t even know they charge for extra sauce. Till I looked when I got home. I’d recommend checking food before driving off. Coke was flat in my large cup.
When you need it right when you’re trying to feed a family for dinner not recommend based on first time trying Zaxbys agin. I’d recommend for a lunch dine in. Not dinner when it counts. Agin, thanks for your patience with me. But someone talk to the overhead to get larger portions when you order large and give two sauces per meal.

Due to the influence of Corona, you cannot eat or drink in the shop here. Also, since we are not currently placing orders in the store, it seems that we are only accepting drive-through or app orders.
I think many of the staff here are very friendly. But unfortunately, the food I ordered and received every time was always very cold for some reason. It may depend on the product you choose, but it’s cold and it’s completely different from the photo. These chickens were extremely small and had a lot of variation in taste, which was disappointing to me. The app is very easy to use, so I would like to use more shops if I can improve the product, but I will not go for a while because the quality is disappointing for the price.

This is honestly the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in years. The interior and tables were clean, the food was good, hot, well seasoned fries. Ice in the machine, drinks weren’t flat. I went in with a table of 5 just before a lunch rush of 15 came in and us and the large party all had their food in under 10 minutes. Staff were also very polite and quick. I wish more fast food places were like this location

Very disappointed. This used to be my goto chicken place for cabot. Last 2 times I have came through the food quality has been bad. Today I ordered a chicken niblerz meal and it was joke bread was not toasted tasted like week old bread. The chicken strips were tiny and cold. There was hardly any sause on the sandwich.The fries looked and tasted like they were from yesterday and cold. I would have brought it back but the line was long and the lobby is closed. Who ever owns this store needs to get their quality control in check or they will not have the long lines like they use to have. I will not be back.

This location is consistently fast and reliable. I’ve never had any specific issues here, and my visit yesterday was no different, the drive-thru was quick, and the spicy chicken sandwich was tasty and fresh.
That said, my only complaints are with Zaxby’s as a brand, not this store. The fries are always soggy and lack that crispy texture you’d expect. Also, the “spicy” in the spicy chicken sandwich comes entirely from the sauce. It would be much better if the chicken itself were seasoned to deliver real heat, rather than relying on sauce alone.
Still, for convenience and solid service, this location does a great job.
