We had a child’s birthday party their private room for 15 people. It was easy to set it up. The room was ready when we got there. We had pre- ordered the food and it was ready for us. We had our own personal server. It couldn’t have been better.

I love Marys Pizza Shack. Original one in Sonoma has a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Same as the one in Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa near Howarth Park. The service in this little strip mall Marys was excellent, the food was ok. Didn’t quite taste as fresh as (Marys famous house Salad) and portioning was half the size as other Marys Shacks (chicken parm). Wasn’t impressed with freshness of food here. Lettuce hasn’t ice cold crispy fresh as in all the other Marys. Chicken parm seemed like it had been sitting in fridge for some time before sauce put on it and heated in a microwave. Hope I’m wrong about being heated in a microwave. Anyway, service was excellent. Atmosphere was small and not inviting.

This chain continues to deteriorate and sacrifice food quality standards for profit. I still have fond memories of dinning with Mary and her bringing me ice cream as a kid. And I don’t think she would recognize the food, let alone the brand it’s become. Some of the food is still tolerable, but is significantly over priced.

Mary’s Pizza Shack on Piner Road absolutely nailed it. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — Alisa was kind, professional, and so accommodating, and Dan the manager made sure everything ran smoothly.
Our pizza arrived right on time, fresh out of the oven, and was honestly one of the best we’ve had from Mary’s. It’s clear this team takes pride in their food and in treating customers well.
A true neighborhood gem — support this local business!

Haven’t been to Mary’s in years after moving out of state. Came here alot in my high school years when I had a full head of hair. Well let’s just say that the quality is still great. Opened the door to my rental and the smell brought me back to 2004. Got pesto bread sticks, a bambino and a sandwich. Great stuff. Thanks guys.

This is Robin. At the end of a frustrating pizza ordering call with asst mgr, who was confusing my order, he asked if i would like driver to come to my door or meet in apt lobby. I said I prefer door delivery, he confirmed to be door delivery. But as if to set me up vindictively, it seems, driver Chris Karussos was found standing outside, in the cold night (pizza getting cold), waiting. Well, my friend had to go downstairs for the laundry, when he found driver Chris just standing out there. So, he held the lobby door open and asked him if he would like in. Chris must have been told who knows what by (vindictive?) asst mgr and just must be rottenly behaved himself because he was so nasty to my friend. He said did you order pizza? My friend said yes, to be delivered upstairs. Chris said the receipt says to stay right here, I’m not stepping foot in there!… amongst other aggressive things he said and ways to put things. So, my friend had to come back, all the way to the 3rd foor, end of hallway, to get the pizza money, then go back downstairs and pay Chris incl tip! and then bring back up, to eat! And the whole time we were eating, it was ruined by this seemingly vengeful overtone of asst mgr, who DID say on receipt, to meet in lobby (again… after confirming with me that driver would come to door!) But still, Chris is responsible for his own behavior. If he could not come to door, why not still be decent? It is on him for any arrogant and nasty behavior. So, I called asst mgr, asked why he told me one thing and Chris another, he just said “did you get your food?”… no apology or clarification. So, a couple days later, I told the gen mgr what happened. He defended Chris, even so much as to tell me that Chris said my friend was acting like a lunatic! You see, even if Chris really did say that, how badly unprofessional, and provacative and utterly indecent to say such a thing about a decent customer, who did nothing inappropriately, even while putting up with this restaurant’s disaccomidating rudeness! Mary would be absolutely appalled! But my friend did say Chris was arrogant, aggressive and rude from word one. At the end of gen mgr call, he seemed to indicate that he probably would credit that meal. But get this… in the mail, he sent me 2 $5 Mary’s ticket vouchers, that he made sure to note “refunding only delivery fee and TAX!” …his words exactly, exclamation point and captals incl! So then I messaged the owner of Marlow Rd and Summerfield Rd stores, I asked him to call me. About 2 weeks or more and no response. I have had simillar horrible experience at Summerfield Rd of complaining to gen mgr, who did not handle well, then above her and been neglected when I wasn’t being mistreated.
Hey customers, there are many, many other great places to patronize, where we do not have to pay to be mistreated.
If this actually gets ammended, I expect to take this down. So potential customers will know if it is up still.

Great Italian comfort food. Love all Mary’s locations. The staff are friendly and the food is great. They’ve made outdoor dining for Covid restrictions, and parking is usually open at this location. Some favorites at Mary’s are chicken parmesan, garlic bread, spaghetti & meatballs and their sandwiches. Also the desserts are delicious. Mary’s is also great for small parties and take-out. They accommodate kids and families and give coloring sheets for kids to draw on.

We love Mary’s except for the gory tv show that was visible from our table. We can watch tv at home. We would prefer not to have tv on while we eat.
