I had a terrible experience at this Sonic. I waited over 10 minutes just for someone to take my order. When Crystal finally did, she lied and said the ice cream machine wasn’t working, so I couldn’t even order what I wanted and ended up just getting food for my son. Not even 2 minutes later, I witnessed her and the manager making ice cream for other customers, which shows she flat-out lied to me. After that, we waited about 30 minutes just for some chicken tenders and fries. I also ordered a medium combo but was given a small drink. When I spoke to the manager, all she did was say “sorry, it won’t happen again,” but didn’t make it right. In total, I wasted over 40 minutes, didn’t get what I wanted, and never even received a receipt (conveniently). Overall, this location is very unprofessional and poorly run. I won’t be coming back.

New Personal working for this company on West 2nd the young Caucasian girl I believe she said her name was Aleaya anyway she appears to do everything she works window collects money she delivers the food she takes the order. I’ve seen her cooking making drinks and still has a smile from my point of view overall a hard working class A employee. She might of been the change this company needs.

Will hand a door dash order to anyone and not confirm. Called to find out what happened and was told talk to doordash, meanwhile, it just shows order being prepared and not picked up. Great service

Food was bland and greasy, fries and onion rings were overcooked and used old oil as they tasted gross. Cashier was also rude on top of the order being served wrong from what was ordered.

Customer service is horrible here. I get it your shorthanded but 30 minute wait for food is pretty rough. Secondly, if the employees hate their job soooo much, maybe it’s time for a change or management should look into paying an actual living wage for those who are loyal because I see the same team every time we eat here and they do not look happy

We got to meals both had tots when the tots first came out they were cold and hard so ask for some new ones. Customer service was good when we asked for new tots. But then when we got the tots back, it was the same ones they had just put them into the microwave. We asked why our tots still were hard, and the lady said they made new ones. But they were NOT a new batch. We are very disappointed. DO BETTER SONIC!!

I just got home took the ultimate meat and chs burrito and opened it to a 4” burrito. Normal 6”. Even looks like they were eating contents u til I contacted them to please bring order out after 15 min sitting in stall, showed they delivered it but. They ate it. So beware and check your orders ASAP.

We were having trouble ordering our food, and none of the employees would answer headset. We contacted the manager Teagen and he drove all the way from his house just to take our order and he gave us a discount. This young man is holding this store together, he needs a raise!

Traveling and stopped here for dinner. Waited 21 minutes at the window for the attendant to open the window and say they were out of eggs. She asked if we wanted to exchange or get a refund. We said refund thinking it was just on that item. 10 minutes later she opened the window again and said it will take until tomorrow to get a refund. We asked where the rest of our food was and apparently she assumed we didn’t want any of the rest of our order. 2 more minutes and the rest of our order came out. We will see if I actually get a refund or not. I have never had a poor experience like this at a Sonic or any other fast food place. I surely would recommend you drive past this place and on to another. To be fair the food we did receive was good but 30 + minutes in a drive through sitting at the window is pretty ridiculous. They weren’t even busy when we arrived.

Aug 26,9:30pm went to the drive-thru at 1300 W Second St Roswell ordered 2 chocolate shakes and cherry limeade was told there ice cream machine was down which I know happens at times so went ahead ordered cherry limeade pulled up to the window and gave the boy $4.00 it was $3.32 he then opened window handed me my drink and told me to have a good night. I then replied can I have my change he said mam I dont have it and it’s just 44 cents I then asked who is manager was and he said hold on a young lady that I assume was the manager took a dollar from the register and got him change meanwhile I could hear him talking smack. He then opened the window and handed me my change and again told me to have a good night and I responded thank you and you do the same when I went to pull off I heard him yell at me …..like ahhhhhh this was a big kid with glasses and I really think he should be trained in customer service. I am in the food industry and have been for years dont ever think i.ve been treated so rudely …won’t ever go back to this location ….and this is not the first time they tried to keep the change. And the 44 cent wasnt the correct change.SMH…..
