Always missing Items and Items that do get bagged are poor quality. Unless you like plain Tortillas, I wouldnt buy from here. Employees can be rude too. Definitely needs a new management or people who can do thier job. Photo provided is “suppose” to be a crunch wrap supreme. Definitely isn’t.

The guy at the drive through was great but whoever is making the food around 10:45 11/17/2025 was pathetic. The guy at the drive through 5 Star as he was extremely straightforward but this food in the picture is pathetic. 10$ for this terrible combo??? It won’t let me attach a photo but I posted one of how terrible my cantina tacos were.
Edit: after trying to eat the cinnamon twists they were stale and had no seasoning. I’m still hungry. Even on my bbq chicken sandwich they didn’t put enough bbq and too much of the white sauce but that one is really hard to mess up.

You know your taking a chance with fast food but this was not a great experience. Went through drive through for a quick snack before going on a road trip that day. Drive through took forever. Gave us wrong order items at first then seemed upset that they had the wrong stuff for our order. Disappeared from window for quite a while. Came back and shoved our food at us. No thank you, no would you like sauces etc.

Went through the drive thru tonight (1/11/25) about 9pm. We got 2 tacos, a cheesy gordita crunch & a quesadilla. It was legitimately the best taco bell we’ve had in awhile, great job!

The food sucks and has never been good. i’ve always thought about writing a review but didn’t think it was worth it or necessary, but i’m pretty fed up. everything but one item i ordered was wrong, others just missing. when i went back inside to get it fixed, they said they didn’t serve nacho fries or a beef stacker (which is literally just beef, cheese, and tortilla and i’ve been getting it for years often cold) which is just totally bs. i said “two large nacho fries” so many times and not once was it mentioned that they “don’t serve those here” and if that was the case then tell me that before i pay for it. And now there is nothing i want and have no reason to come back here. this place sucks, the food sucks, and some (not all) of the people are rude. Shoutout to the ginger guy who always takes my order at the counter, he’s really nice and is really good at his job and deserves a raise or sum.

Workers didn’t acknowledge us when at register. Cook was scratching his face without gloves on. Workers seemed high anf just didn’t care about costumers who were waiting to order.

I ordered doordash for me and my fiance and they canceled the order. There was nothing wrong with our order just a couple tacos and nachos and they canceled it because they were to lazy to actually make the food.

I stopped at a KFC/Tacobell for lunch. It was nice to have options. The inside of the establishment could use a good cleaning as well as the windows. The main cash register was not working.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at KFC/ TB. The employees were busy talking amongst themselves and let us stand at the counter for at least 7 minutes or so before we could make our order. The order was incorrect and incomplete, even after the associate read our original order back to us. Supposed to be 2 classic wraps with a 4 piece strip with mashed potatoes and gravy. Instead we got 4 wraps, they were not made correctly. The entire store was dirty and not stocked for customers, no silverware, no condiments,napkins. The cover came off the drink dispenser while I was there. Other customers had to come multiple times to the counter asking for cutlery and napkins.

Very unimpressed by the staff and my food order. Staff was rude & unkempt. Was told although items were on the KFC menu, they did not ever sell some of them.
None of Taco Bell ordered items were labeled so I had no idea which specific special order was what until I opened each burrito/wrapped item up and looked unside. My apple empanada was raw inside & out.
As much as I like the company’s foods, I don’t think I’ll be eating at that establishment for awhile.

Mid experience. So I went inside and ordered a take out order at this Taco Bell, for two $7 boxes and waited over 40 minutes at least for them. I went up twice letting them know I still hadn’t gotten it. The food isn’t as good as other Taco Bells in the area, I suggest Troy, Edwardsville, or Collinsville if you are craving some Taco Bell; much better
