If I spend $$$ in food I expect it to be worth it, don’t normally have this issue at this location.
Order whole sandwich for wife.. got half a sandwich
Order whole sandwich for myself.. got it barely filled with fillings!
With over million veiws I don’t like shading restaurants but this visit was just unexpected and unexceptable!
Returned for the other half of my wife’s sandwich and the staff where nice and helpful. But as I arrived staff were on cell phone unattractive to front counter. Had to announce my presence to get service,, work station behind the counter was not need and orderly as expected in a food environment.
No matter the pay take pride in your work and how you affect others. I’ll be asking for a refund as I’m not driving back a 3rd time.

Management and staff kindly and understandingly refunded the order over the phone. Hope my next visit is back to at least the norm of a whole and full sandwich.

We had a wonderful experience The chicken noodle soup inside the bread bowl was absolutely amazing, I’m not sure what the other sandwich was but it’s a spicy chicken sandwich and it was really really good. I will definitely go back 100%

Today has been a major shortcut day in our crew due to tournaments so we blew through the drive through for some warm soup. Bummer there was no clam chowder but were content with a turkey chili and chicken noodle. The young woman at the drive through was nice; we simply said we had a to go and it was ready at the window-small cups for the price, but we were paying for convenience and ease on a very chaotic day. Content.

Staff were friendly and fast. The food lacks “everything” in every area. I have never had a bread sandwich before. To find the meet was almost impossible. The Broccoli and cheese soup was watered down and if I didn’t know what I ordered I wouldn’t have know what it was because of the lack of Broccoli and carrots. Almost 8 dollars for a small thing of soup and a little piece of bread is outrageous. The bread looks like it was torn apart, not cut. Not a good experience-

Last visit on Saturday took 30 minutes to get my order toast with avacdo. By which time Dave had finished his Blueberry muffin. Had I not gone up asked where my order was I would have been waiting longer. Plus the bread was only toasted on 1 side and not professionally prepared. We were there on Wednesday and service was great and everything was perfect. Saturday help DEFINITELY NEEDS TO BE TRAINED

I took a dear friend there because they have vegan choices. I also needed to place two take out orders… and that’s when it went downhill very quickly. I asked them if they could bag them separately. They didn’t know if they could do that. The takeout came the same time or dine in arrived. NO THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SEPARATE THE ORDERS. As a matter of fact, the both orders were THROWN into one bag. Salads on top of hot soups the baguettes just thrown loosely in the bag, not wrapped in any type of paper and while my friend waited patiently to eat her soup, I’m running around the restaurant trying to straighten out my takeout order I spent with tip over $95! To the management at the Chambersburg Panera, that is the last time you will see my money spent at your establishment.

Panera bread was awesome. Stopped by for lunch and we had a great meal. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a little slow due to being busy but we expected that. Our food tasted great. Thee menu has something for everyone’s taste buds.

I’m pretty sure the sandwich size is getting smaller. Either way, typical Panera. Staff is very slow and the dining room was dirty when we had lunch. Also, they were not busy at all.

Chicken rice soup was really good, BLT was good after I took it home and heated it in my microwave. Was served right from their cooler. Bacon was thick-cut (my favorite cut) but was too hard to bite through the cold hard grease/fat.
