Unfortunately, I’ve had repeated unpleasant experiences at the drive-through. I go to this location almost every day, and her attitude is consistently rude — including rolling her eyes and acting annoyed during interactions. As a regular customer, this makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand everyone can have an off day, but when this behavior happens regularly, it becomes an issue. I hope management addresses this so the overall customer experience improves.

i picked up 8 drinks and 3 food items for the office on the way to work and was a little stressed with how i was going to carry it all. marc went the extra mile and took the extra couple of minutes to put stickers on the lids and bag everything up for me to ensure i was able to carry everything out safely. the little things mean the most and marc is a great asset to have!

First Starbucks where I was told when ordering a hot drink that the line was too long to make a hot drink and they could nt. When I said this was idiotic and I was going to write a review, she changed her mind and said they could make it. The fact there was a long line gave them time to make the hot drink, a fact she did not understand. Amazed though after so many years someone at Starbucks would say something that whacky to a customer. No wonder they are hurting for financials.

Came in for an Uber eats order, no one acknowledged me. Workers were talking amongst each other and acknowledge our customer that came in after me. After I asked if I could be helped and that I wasn’t acknowledged a worker with long black hair told me that they have other orders and that they’ll be right with me, she was extremely nasty and very disappointed in how I was treated. From someone that has been working in food service for more than 15 years, this type of entitlement is unacceptable. Of course I understand that they were doing other things, but one lady was literally sipping her drink talking with her other coworkers with no acknowledgment pretending I wasn’t even there. the girl working the counter was very rude and completely out of line. i walked in with my service dog, and this is the interaction that was had:
worker: “we only allow service dogs”.
me: “she is a service dog”.
worker: “service dogs. not emotional support *proceeded look me up and down and rolled her eyes.*
me: “yup she is a certified service dog”
worker: *sighs loudly* “okay…”
she IS a certified service dog and does provide a service to me. i have her ID, her tag, and her vest. the worker can and SHOULD HAVE asked if she provides a service, which i would’ve said yes she does, i have her ID. but instead this girl made me feel deeply uncomfortable and doubted that if i even knew the difference between service and emotional support. i completely understand that they serve food and drinks so they don’t want animals in the building. normally i go through the drive through, but i walked from my apartment so obviously i didn’t have a car to go through the drive through with. well, to make a long story short, this worker needs to be properly trained, and i will most likely not be returning to this location. it’s a shame too considering it’s less than a 5 minute walk from my apartment.

I was just here on July 28th and I am totally dissatisfied with the service here in the Manalapan Starbucks drive thru. This was my first time coming here and it will most definitely be my last. The barista “Matt” took over 20 minutes for my one drink order, not to mention I was the ONLY one in the drive thru. I was on my way to a concert and thought going through the drive thru would be more convenient. Let’s just say it was a totally unpleasant experience and hopefully no one will ever have to experience it again. I will definitely be contacting Manager Anna tomorrow morning.

I went in to get my birthday drink, which was a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. I’m an odd person who doesn’t like a lot of ice in my drinks, maybe five cubes at most. I was very excited to go all out for my birthday and the women who served me was very nasty, told me she couldn’t make a drink without ice (as someone who formerly worked at Starbucks I know it can be shaken with the ice and poured with the ice held back) they looked busy so I tried to explain how I liked the drink and she snapped at me and refused to add more oatmilk. Maybe they are now doing an extra charge for people like me, but it’s my birthday drink so I should have been able to get extra oatmilk. It was a terrible experience.

Just left there. Was 1st out three customers. But my drink was made last. Liquid sugar was not added as you can see I was suppose to get it. Will not come here again. To many Starbucks to go to with better service. #starbuck.
