Was in the area and I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Bach’s Bistro! What kind owners. They even let me sample some of their pickled egg—which they make in house, along with lot of other yummy pickled things from both Polish and Thai culture. I promptly purchased some more to go. Please, if you get the chance, pay them a visit.

Hidden gem. Incredible pierogis, kielbasa, stuffed cabbage. Owner is really cool too. And dank pickles. Will be back. Go here. Awesome.

Wow… What a Surprisingly Unique Restaurant. Who would have thought Polish & Thai. But every dish was superb! From Kielbasa to Polish Soup, to Thai dishes. Typically curry dishes are overpowering and must be mixed with rice to truly enjoy but Bach’s Chicken in Curry was dilectable and had perfect amount of curry & spices. The Polish potato cabbage soup was excellent with a kick of heat! We ordered an assortment from the steam table as well as a custom a la carte from the menu of the vegetable pad thai. A small unassuming restaurant that is big on flavor and choices. A Must Try!

Amazing pierogis. Discovered when I was getting my car serviced at Subaru. Go try. Husband is Polish. Wife is Thai and they both make the best of their cultural food. Oh and homemade pickles too. Just go. Something for everyone.

Everything was delicious and fresh, pierogi are handmade…. The chef is thailandese and very talented… the owner is Polish… great combination of flavors and taste.

Small, quiet place with unique Thai-Polish fusion. I highly recommend the Drunken Noodles but you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Will definitely be coming back again!

I discovered Bach’s bistro about a month ago and I’ve been about ten times since then. Maybe more. The food is excellent, consistent, and always fresh. I’m very picky with freshness and I can tell that Bach and his wife care about what they are cooking. I always get the Thai red curry chicken. Its authentic taste, not too sweet and the chicken tastes great, very tender. For $10 it’s an amazing deal for the lunch special. Also Bach is really nice and is very accommodating
