This was our second choice for dinner as the other restaurant had a 2.5 hour wait. This place was nice with live music; nice to listen to but not overpowering.
The service here was phenomenal. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.
We all enjoyed our meal. I ordered a chop burger. My son had the 8 oz sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. The shrimp Caesar salad was a little overpriced. Twenty dollars for a salad with three pieces of shrimp feels a little pricey. Overall good experience.

It was a whirlwind of a night! I didn’t realize there was a special Valentine’s Day menu, but that’s okay—I understand how busy it was. At first, I noticed someone’s ribeye looked a bit thin, and the lobster tails seemed to sit at the pass longer than expected. But I was completely wrong—the lobster tails were incredible, the ribeyes were cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were slightly dry, but still tasty. Overall, great job handling such a busy night. Also the cake…..wonderful

This was our first time at Carver’s Steakhouse and we were very pleased. Our server, Brooklyn, was extremely nice and helpful. The service was quick and efficient. The lobster bisque was very good and our steaks were prepared just right and large enough to share. The live entertainment was also very good. A pleasant mix of songs and not so loud as to drown out conversation. A very pleasant experience.

Went there for the first time in a while. It is a little short on ambiance. The onion rings were very good and way more than we could eat. We both had the burger. They were both cooked perfectly and an extremely good value. We saw several steaks served and they looked great. There was a couple next to us that ordered the bread pudding desert, they did not particularly like it. It looked fantastic. But I don’t care for bread pudding. Chocolate brownie would be great.

This place was a fantastic find! My wife and I had our final dinner of our honeymoon here, and when we come back to Gulf Shores, we will be eating here. The service was excellent, and the live music was great. The ambiance and decor justify the fine dining prices, but you can also come in just getting off the water and not feel out of place

The food was great, and the service was amazing. We had 2 different cuts of steak, an appetizer, and dessert. It was all very good. The person playing guitar and singing wasn’t my favorite, but everything else made up for it.

Melissa was the best server we had our entire stay in Orange Beach. She was so kind, attentive, easy to talk to and had us smiling the whole time. The food was amazing. The singer (we didn’t get his name) should really be playing on big stages. What a beautiful voice. Our favorite dining experience on this vacation.

This place was great! After visiting several places with an hour to 2 hour wait, we found Carvers and were seated immediately. I didn’t have high hopes because of that, however..I was pleasantly surprised! The food was fantastic, it was quiet, and Brandon out server was awesome and attentive. We will definitely be back! The pork belly was and my steak was cooked perfectly!

Our of all the restaurants we ate at, except chains of restaurants in this area, we did not find anything to come even close to this place: even the ‘canteen type’ of places charge high prices because of the tourists.
This place has steaks starting from 19 USD going up, yet the price is more justified than the pathetic places we have been to in this area and were charging very high prices for no reason.
We were taken to a booth on the left as soon as we arrived and the place was rather empty until our meal arrived. We also noticed a musician was setting his place, so probably this is the location to be in the evening.
We just wanted good food, quiet surroundings and a relaxed place with no canteen feel as we experienced up to that point. This place is a winner from all point of views.
That is why I highly recommend this place.
