I ordered how to train your dragon burger. I’m pretty upset. The buns on my burger are hard. The patty, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes are fresh, but the buns are stale. They must have been sitting in the warmers for over an hour.

One star ratings seem get tucked away in the back of our reviews, so you get a “2” that you did NOT deserve.
Employee said we are out of the large hamburger patties. Then corrected to we have one patty left.
Very Odd, and had me thinking, where did you find it, in the back of the broiler.
I would have backed up but I was blocked by cars.
I ordered a #1 w/ onion rings and a Dr Pepper. $14 dollars. He handed me what I thought was a water cup and I said, I did not order a water. Turned out it was my 4 inch cup of soda. All I could do was laugh!!
Grabbed an onion ring on the way home and couldn’t understand what I was eating. A mouthful of awful Blahhh.
Got home and there were not any onions inside the onion rings. See photo. Somebody forget to put them in or they were cooked and under a heat lamp so long they dried up? I really dont know. ZERO quality control here. WHY, are you out of hamburgers? It is in the name BURGER King.
What you get for what your pay is Criminal. Look at this stores rating.
Read the one about the store manager did not make the customers bad experience any better.

I would have given a 0 star if possible.
I ordered a chicken burger, and literally got uncooked raw meat. When i told them about that, they were not at all worried about that and were too casual about it.
Their face said lot of things, like this happens a lot with them.

My food was uncooked. They did not have ice cream or Dr. Pepper. The service is slow. The other burgers had so much sauce, it was not good. I called the location to tell them about my food. They did not pick up and I called multiple times.

First of all couldn’t get the order right. Second couldn’t swipe the card had to do it twice . My wife ordered a lettuce wrap they don’t go it. So they said the would put it in a box (whopper w cheese) didn’t give us napkins or a spoon when he offered one at the point. The food was terrible. My kids ordered cheese burgers the pickles were sweet. When I don’t remember any other burger king with sweet pickles. The sauce ketchup mustard was dry. Didn’t have there game up to par. I like the BK on Oakdale Rd. I will not go again.

food was ok. Burger was soft. flavorless, nice after taste tho. Frys were not soggy. Hot. And little to no salt on them. The drink was good, I got the strawberry lemonade because the regular one was out. I still liked the food even tho is was really mid.

Did drive-thru to pick up food for delivery while a customer stood at the window outside his car smoking a cigarette scratching lottery tickets. Employee did not seem to care, was chatting it up with the customer and acting as though they were at a party. Did not ask the customer to pull aside so I can get my food to deliver very inconsiderate to the other customers.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN. Ordered a whopper jr and an 8 pc chicken fry(part of their widely advertised 2 for $6 promo) they tried charging me $15 and when i asked about it being part of their advertised promo THE MANAGER got on the speaker and said it was my fault for the way i ordered and not theirs for not automatically adding their promo to the two items that are literally part of the promo. Funny part is i can order from the same promo at any other location and have ZERO issues. THIS LOCATION EITHER NEEDS RETRAINING OR TO BE SHUT DOWN ENTIRELY.
