New favorite: the Cheese Steak BLT!
I just tried the new Cheese Steak BLT at Capriotti’s and it was incredible. The meat was super juicy and seasoned just right, and the bacon was cooked to perfection, crispy but not overdone. Every bite was packed with flavor.
What made the experience even better was how sweet and kind the staff were
my kids loved how friendly everyone was! It really made us feel welcome.
This is definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to as a family. Highly recommend it!

Better than jersey Mike’s in my opinion. This food was deliciously messy. The bread and chicken was perfectly tender and soft, falling apart when touched. I met the owner too, very kind man. He gave me a free cookie!

I’ve been to Capriotti’s many times, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The Bobbie is especially perfect for this season—it truly tastes like Thanksgiving in a sandwich, with the perfect balance of turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, and mayo. It’s warm, comforting, and always made with fresh ingredients.
What really makes this location stand out, though, is the management. The customer service is genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always making sure you leave satisfied. It’s rare to find a place where the staff consistently goes above and beyond, but Capriotti’s delivers every time.
Between the delicious food and the top-notch service, this will always be one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend stopping in, especially if you haven’t treated yourself to a Bobbie yet!

This location really made an impact on me. The food was made with intention and it showed in every bite. The Bobby sandwich, especially the day after Thanksgiving, hit different for me. Sharing it with a few coworkers who did not even get to have Thanksgiving made the moment even more meaningful.

You can tell the management sets a tone of kindness, care, and excellence, because every person I interacted with carried that same spirit. Had our first Capriotti’s experience yesterday. It was soooo good! Not sure how I’m just now discovering this place. Beyond excellent food, the restaurant was clean and the staff was both friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I was SO excited to finally find a thanksgiving sandwich in Frisco, and the sandwich tastes delicious but unfortunately I almost ate a large piece of what I think is turkey bone? Thank God I felt it in my mouth, that could have been very very bad. Everyone in the store seemed so nice when I picked it up, and I should mention that I got this sandwich for free by signing up for their text messages, but it’s still unacceptable to have poultry bone in a sandwich. I’m so sad, I really really wanted to love this, and like I said, tasted delicious but couldn’t get past the bone.

We got small French Dip with a side of Au Jus sauce. The small fries were plenty! We also had a reward for a free grilled cheese. So glad Capriotti’s reopened! The sandwiches are so yummy, and our just Eduardo was great!

Ordered online. Arrived approximately 3 minutes before app said food would be ready. Two parties were already in restaurant and one party was receiving their food. My order had not been started. I had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for my food. Only one employee working at location. After receiving my order, I drove home approximately 7 minutes. Upon arriving home and opening the containers the meatball sandwich had two meatballs on it (about 50-60% of the bread). When I bit into it, the meatballs were cold. Opening the french fry container, I see my large fry order contains about 15 french fries. For $21 this was completely overpriced and unacceptable.

What a wonderful sandwich shop! Excellent service and food prepared by: Valerie, Alan, Sharon, Shusma, etc. Mommy and I have been going for years. Their fries are unrivaled, lol, and sandwiches delightful. Please go and support this awesome business. Open late when those cravings hit, lol. I hope you will enjoy this awesome establishment.
