We went here on a recent trip to Hilton Head. It was good. I hate when restaurants don’t put drink prices on the menu – usually leads to disappointment when the bill comes (that’s what I’ll remember most). Really cool town though.

First of all let me be clear that the food is delicious and the service is friendly. Been coming there for many years unfortunately it’s time to State what needs to change
#1 they need to stop using cheddar cheese on the tacos and mozzarella cheese on the enchiladas.( this is americanized)
#2 they need to use queso, Monterey jack cheese, queso fresca on all dishes.
#3 since you started charging extra for more than one salsa and chips, you need to have a sign posted and state it on the menu
.Or… the waiter needs to let you know upfront when you ask for more salsa and chips that it costs more and it’s not inexpensive……
Again, the food is delicious but these changes need to be made and it would be amazing!

I must say the management is obviously not paying attention to their largest area of profit… “The Bar”. BTW “Lagunitas” is an excellent craft beer of Mexican heritage owners but Bud Light and Coors light is ok. Always “Out” of IPA other selections typical over priced mediocre Bluffton! Seriously the Grande meal was like the children’s version. My wife thought it was a taquito instead of burrito…chicken was dry. The Seafood Renello was best it’s ever been! To top off this lack luster experience there was a hair in both dishes… Didn’t complain—won’t be back—Fiesta Fresh is WAY better. Blow up the pic to see the nice short hair addition in the sauce, the one on my wife’s plate was 5 inches under the poblano. A better bar would double my bill, instead of up charging me for chips and salsa. Do better anyone dining in deserves at least No Hair.

I love the BBQ burrito (I add the cheese on top) and this is the only place I know to get it, it never disappoints. Always sizzling hot. Good wait staff, friendly.

Couldn’t eat here because of a nut allergy. They use a peanut oil in their chips and everything. I normally don’t leave reviews like this but wanted to warn people about the nuts as I didn’t see it at first thankfully my nephew did. Very small letters at the end of the menu. Seems weird cause a nut allergy is a common one. Most places just use olive oil. Thier only answer was to get a salad. I’ll pass I didn’t want to risk that either

Food was excellent but pricey and portions were small. We ordered chimichanga and assumed it came with beans and/or rice. It came with nothing but the changa. We were charged for every refill of salsa, but were not told until the bill arrived. Most Mexican restaurants offer refills on the salsa at no charge. Server was very friendly, but incredibly slow and inattentive. Drunken party in the room next to us made it very difficult to visit with friends we hadn’t seen in many years.

The food was incredible. Ordered a carnitas burrito and cleaned the plate in record time. I was recommended the place by a few people but one friend said they had the best salsa in Bluffton here and I have to agree. Everything was great, the service, the food, and the atmosphere!

The food here is phenomenal. The salsa is the best I’ve had in a Mexican restaurant. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. I got the taco salad and it was also the best I’ve had. Wonderful, will be back!

Yum!!! A little wait and it is not crowded but that food is AMAZING! the crew working is friendly. Everyone has days right? Prices are fair. Bathroom is clean for the most part. Nothing is perfect. Our table and seats were wiped down before seating us. We will come back most def!

Wont reccommend or come back! Ordered the rib eye plate for $28. Got a very thin cut with mostly grissle/,fat.. maybe an ounce or 2 of spread out cold refried beans and an ounce of rice. Went with my husband and kids and we all had similar issues with our food…not to mention, probably bad seed oils cause we had indigestion issues all night.. Was Not Bueno! $130 for 4 people…very disapointing, waste of ALOT of money!
