I was a huge fan of this location up until this past week. I went two days in a row, ordered my usual. Both days my smoothie was HORRIBLE! Chunks of ice, no flavor, sugary, just a mess. I’m assuming they hired new people because I’ve never had this issue. Guess I’ll be headed down the road to Belcamp which will be going out of my way smh.

Went into pickup my GF’s mobile order at 3:53 PM on 10/30/25. She ordered a food and smoothie combo. When I showed up, only the smoothie was on the pickup rack. I notified one of the employees that I was missing my food and handed her the receipt that was taped to the cup. She looked confused and then threw my receipt away. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and got no further assistant. I would ask the same employee if I was going to get my food and she looked confused and got the second employee. At that point my lunch break was almost over so I just asked for a refund. They would not give me a refund and insisted I wait for my food. I finally got my food and I didn’t even get an apology. After being handed my food, the employee didn’t say a word to me and quickly walked back behind the wall. Terrible service

I’ve not had a good experience with this place since it opened, unfortunately. I’ve come back time and time again as it’s the closest location but I will just have to go to the Belcamp location. This time, my brother had big pieces of plastic in his smoothie! Additionally, the wait-time was horrendously long. The icing on top of the cake was that they forgot a topping on my smoothie bowl, which costs extra.

Very clean place with quick and polite service. I love the food it is very tasty at a inexpensive cost for the amount. I enjoy being able to get Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner at a healthy place. Love that this location has plenty of seating and a Drive Thru. oh, and the Smoothies are great as well.

I had placed an online order to this new location because I wanted to try it out. I work right across the street from this location so I wanted to see if this would be a good place to frequent before or after work. I ordered an açaí bowl, a pomegranate smoothie, & a Baja chicken wrap to try all the bases they offer. My smoothie is excellent & exactly what I wanted. My açaí bowl is nice & fresh & delicious, unlike any others I’ve tried ever. The only negative thing I have to say is the avocado in the Baja chicken wrap was not ripe & really hard. The wrap itself was really delicious though, I would order this item again if the avocado was a little more ripe. The atmosphere is really nice, warm & welcoming. The staff were all really nice & helped me out when I had questions. What a great place to add to Aberdeen!

I paid $40 for DoorDash delivery. I was given my food but the 2 smoothies I paid for were not received when my food was delivered. I also ordered a yogurt bowl which the bowl was not even full (as shown in the picture) and I paid extra to get banana and pineapple on top which I also did not receive. Not only did I try calling 15 times to get ahold of this store but they don’t want to pick up their phone, and I feel I gave adequate time between each phone call incase they were busy. I probably won’t be coming back to this location I will just stick with Bel Air, they have better customer service and I have rarely ever had issues with them.

I’d say this cafe has the worst staff and non challant attitude towards customers. They stand in there on their phones looking at you like a solicitor. I ordered online for more than ten minutes, I came in-store to see that my order was not made but the automated receipt has already been printed. I had to ask them if my order was received and they had to leave their phones to come check. If you’re time conscious, just don’t bother waiting.

They weigh out portions for their sides, and it is literally more of a sample than a side. When I got down to question this the people at the front couldn’t change anything about it, so not an employee issue more of an ownership issue. Food is good, but they need to serve people more food for the price they charge. Ridiculous.

If you want to sit in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes, please come here. We couldn’t even leave the drive-thru because there was a car in front of us. We only I ordered two drinks and having to wait 35 minutes is completely unacceptable for going through the drive-thru. We’ve only seen a worker at the window ONCE in our 35 minutes. The owner seriously should reconsider their employees if it takes them this long to make a smoothie I could’ve just made at home. I could’ve literally gone to the store and bought ingredients for a smoothie in the time I spent waiting in the drive-thru.
