I’ve been waiting 13 years to find a place like this in Tennessee wow!!! This reminds you of the Real Grandma is in the kitchen cooking. Absolutely love it. Cooked Fresh, nothing is store brought. 100/100 hands down. If you’re EVER in the Columbia,TN area make this your absolute first stop . I’m not easy to please let me be honest. This place has a great atmosphere, it makes you appreciate the small town life a little more. The staff were all excellent and polite and the food we had was very good. I had the juicy burger which is 3/4 lb of hamburger and was almost too much for me to finish along with a loaded baked potato that was good too.
My wife got BBQ cornbread with mashed potatoes and green beans. She said the cornbread was a little dense but still good and everything was good too.
We also ordered some fried pickles for an appetizer, and they were a little bit salty for my wife’s taste, but I thought they were ok. She also ordered a pecan pie for dessert and said it was amazing.
One thing probably won’t get a lot of attention until we get there is that the bathrooms have bidets in them. This was a pretty cool thing to see, it is a basic one but still really cool.
The only thing I would caution anybody with is that the hot water coming from the sinks can get hot enough to burn you, So be very careful when washing your hands or having your kids wash their hands.

Best bidet in town! Let me tell you….stopped in for lunch, but before we ordered, I had to use the restroom. To my surprise, in the ladies room is a bidet! So I thought to myself “Self. You’re about to cross off a bucket list item”.
So at first, I turned it up to about a three. I got a real quick squirt to the back side. I thought that wasn’t bad, let’s kick it up a notch. Yup, a tad surprising and cold but I’m invested now.
With a full twist to the right I went full bore as if getting hit with a fire hose to the butt crack. Woooweee what a shot! It was almost violent and I thought to myself had I’d started at DEFCON 5 there would have been an attorney on retainer and an order of protection filed.
I returned to my table and just giggled for a few minutes before I could mouth the words of my new found experience. So I’d thought I’d share with yall.

This was our 1st time at this restaurant. My fiancée had just said he was really craving some roast and brown gravy, so I searched country cooking and this restaurant popped up. Had exactly what he wanted so we said well let’s go try it, and OMG it did not disappoint! The prices were absolutely amazing, the service was top notch, and the food was out of this world. Our waitress was a young girl named Gracie I think and she was the sweetest young lady. We definitely recommend and will definitely be back very soon! I wish I had remembered to take a few pictures but we were hungry and it smelled delicious .

We visit Columbia twice a year and this place is a must try! Trendy with great American food. The catfish was amazing. We will be back!! Chesney was our server and she didn’t miss a beat on service! I forgot to take a photo of our food because we were so busy enjoying it!

I was SO THANKFUL for Old Glory being open on Christmas Day. Due to a death in the family, our Holiday got all messed up and it was wonderful to be able to get a delicious meal. All the food was great! The Meat & Three Roast beef with mashed potatoes and Cucumber/Onion salad is oustanding. We also enjoyed Fried Mushrooms and a Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Thank you and the staff that worked on Christmas… your service meant so much to us!

The staff was absolutely great! Our server was very patient and checked on us often. The food came out with good timing. The Ruben and Collard greens rival some of the best out there! And the portions match the price. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO TRY THE REST OF THE MENU!!!!
