My daughter’s favorite chain and we travel a lot for sports so we eat at a lot of Taco Bells and this one is the best I’ve ever visited. The service received is several levels above what one would expect at any fast food restaurant.
The place was clean and felt safe.
The guy who gave us our food apologized that one of the drinks wasn’t ready yet and that it would be out shortly, the wait was less than 30 seconds.
I observed a senior citizen order his food and at the end the order taker said “Thank you for your service” so I looked over and he had an Army hat on.
Little things, big difference.

We went to this location last night and ordered normally and everything looked fine on the board. The worker confirmed with us how many quesaritos we had but when we got our food, half the order wasn’t there. We politely let her know then waited and were told they weren’t rang up. We said we would pay for them as we did tell her we wanted them. She didn’t confirm with us what was rang up and shut the window after we paid again. when she came back we were still missing something so we let her know and she was mad and said “is this the last thing?” and we were like yeah. She handed us the last item and immediately slammed the window shut without saying anything to us.

This is a really good taco bell spot. Been here a few dozen times over the years. Staff is really nice, never once had my order messed up, inside is clean, food is consistent and is pretty fast.

Abundance of sauce in the lobby and the bathrooms are not locked due to homeless issues.

I had left a review a few days back and had a problem woth the quesadilla and went back because the manager called me offering me a meal and then once agian the quesadilla full of the spicy sauce and no chicken for the #7 this is ridiculous. Their sign on the door says they close at 11, but they lock the door at 9 every night. I have ordered food ahead for pickup at counter and not been able to pick it up because they won’t let me in (I cannot go through the drive-thru). They will not refund when this happens
