I know they’ve discontinued my favorite drink and I have to order it with customizations now, so it’s easy for it to be made wrong.
That said, they were so nice to have remade my order when it didn’t seem right!! I can get a little anxious asking for remakes and I know it’s a confusing order so I’m so happy the staff here were able to work with it so thankful to both baristas that helped me and special shout out to Benjamin!! The staff here have always been very nice and this time was no different

My coffee is good. But …This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the history. Why???? Four customers behind me received their orders before me. The girls are moving like molasses. Every other Starbucks moves like Hotcakes. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?

Excellent customer service, clean, employees are soooooooo nice. I get a iced caramel macchiato with extra/heavy syrup drizzle, I always say I’ll pay extra for it, charge me whatever. Only a few Starbucks hook it up how I like it, and I think this location takes the cake! Definitely 10/10! If the barista’s from this location are reading this, THANK YOU! Y’all are awesome!

First of all, this location DOES NOT HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH as indicated. Went to this location second as the first one i went to up the road had a drive through BUT it was closed. At this point, I just needed my coffee so I had to go inside. No greeting as I walked in and waited for someone to take my order (no one in line in front of me). When it was my turn, I was told there was no cold brew, which was my first choice. I went with my second, the iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso and a chocolate croissant. One star for the croissant. Needed it to be a Venti to last me through the rest of the day. I was in a rush so once they made my drink I got into the car to go to work. To my surprise, turns out my VENTI was just ICE and a sprinkle of coffee!! I barely made it onto the freeway and I had already finished my VENTI COFFEE after a few sips. If I wanted water, I would’ve ordered it. But I needed coffee. And for $7 a drink, you would think it would be quality! There wasn’t even enough coffee in there to fill a tall cup! What a scam from such a huge corporation. Obviously I was already running late for work so I couldn’t go back so here I am enjoying my melted ice writing this review. Extremely disappointing- Def would not recommend!

The employees were so rude to my mom and i. No decency to say please or thank you and the area was super dirty. will never be coming back. as a starbucks lover this was very disappointing and hope starbucks does something about these employees. No happy face or anything whatsoever
