Got my usual burrito bowl with extra lettuce and less rice and less beans with a mix of steak and chicken. Really perfect for a nice low calorie healthy dinner!
Husband ordered a burrito and he was very satisfied with that meal. I did try some of the burrito and it will really delicious.
We came here late in the evening and they were out of most of the beans and rice but the server was putting quite generous portion sizes and be appreciated that!
Not sure if it was just today or if it’s like this always.
However, the customer service was terrible, the people were rude. And rushy. Not like Chipotle let’s get the line down .. but they didn’t ask if we wanted a few things just to hurry up. & when I asked to get something they literally huffed. The high chair was filthy right along with the rest of the rest of the restaurant. They were out of steak & said they weren’t making anymore (early in the day.).
The silverware was not filled. And the drink bar had liquid all over it.
Any of those things could have been because of a lunch rush so I waited & watched a bit..The employees did not fix anything when the line & store was empty: They chose to stand around, scratching & talking. Just go somewhere else.
Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Chipotle, a popular Mexican-inspired fast-casual restaurant. Known for its flavorful ingredients and customizable menu, Chipotle has always been a favorite of mine. However, on this particular visit, I was pleasantly surprised to discover a new look that enhanced my overall dining experience. Not only did the restaurant continue to deliver exceptional food and excellent service, but the updated ambiance added a fresh and inviting touch.
Ambiance and Design:
As I entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed the revamped decor. The interior now boasted a modern and trendy aesthetic, with a mix of warm wood tones, industrial accents, and vibrant artwork that adorned the walls. The seating arrangements were strategically arranged, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The lighting, too, played a significant role in creating an inviting ambiance, striking the perfect balance between brightness and coziness.
Efficient Service:
One aspect that Chipotle has always excelled at is its efficient service, and my recent visit was no exception. The staff members were friendly, approachable, and exhibited a genuine enthusiasm for their work. Despite the busy lunch hour, the line moved swiftly, thanks to the well-organized workflow and attentive staff. I appreciated their commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, as they frequently wiped down surfaces and ensured the dining area remained tidy throughout my visit.
The Food:
Ah, the highlight of any Chipotle experience—the food! As expected, the menu featured a delightful assortment of Mexican-inspired dishes, prepared with fresh ingredients and bursting with flavor. From their famous burritos and bowls to tantalizing tacos and salads, there was something to please every palate. What impressed me most was the attention to detail in customizing each order. The staff patiently listened to my preferences and crafted my meal exactly to my liking, ensuring that every ingredient was fresh and portions were generous.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, my recent visit to Chipotle was an absolute delight. Not only did I indulge in their consistently delicious and satisfying food, but the restaurant’s new look added an extra layer of enjoyment to my dining experience. The revamped ambiance, with its modern and inviting design, created an atmosphere that was both comfortable and visually appealing. Furthermore, the staff’s friendly and efficient service further enhanced my visit. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to Chipotle, I highly recommend stopping by to savor their flavorful offerings and experience the restaurant’s rejuvenated look.
Generally, I would prefer chipotle over Qdoba, but Qdoba is beating them in almost every way.
Reason for 1/5 environment is it consistently smells… weird? at the drink fountain area
9/11 update: I frequent this location but it’s a little ridiculous to get such a small serving of protein (see second photo)
But there is hope! Somewhere out there is the perfect burrito, waiting for you to find it.
It is my opinion that Chipotle has a large variety of Mexican-inspired foods that are both quick, tasty, and economical.
Food experience – good
