Completely messed up our pick-up order (wrong sauces and missing/added random ingredients).

Also saw the worker throw another person’s order onto the pick-up stand as we left.

Don’t come here, the worker clearly doesn’t care about your food and his work.

This place is terrible! The customer service is so awful. We tried to place an online order with a coupon that is only good online. Subway’s ordering system nationwide went down for the day. Went in to the store and asked before ordering if we could use the coupon code since the online ordering was down. the guy said yes. So we order the 3 footlongs for $19 get to checkout and he tells us we can’t use the coupon. Just a mere 3 minutes prior he said we could. tried charging $50 for the 3 sandwiches that were fully made. SAid no way we could use the coupon! Left. I assume he went in back and ate those sandwiches he just made. Do better! You completely wasted those sandwiches after promising to honor a coupon when your ordering system was down.

Customer service sucks rude workers male and female who has her 2 school age kids in while she’s working! She had to walk away from behind the counter to tend to her kids, while customers were waiting!!Just rude! Placed an online order and waited over 30 minutes in the store parking lot. No meatballs and don’t tell the customer and the app tells you your order is ready! And a man who said he had an interview with the manager Jerry wasn’t even available for this interview. The man told me to stop with my complaining I said why when you have me standing around waiting for food that clearly say ready! And look I paid for extra meatballs and clearly it’s say 50% more meat and just 1 extra meatball!!!

This subway is awful. Ordered for delivery, didn’t realize he cold cut combo is just nasty bologna, my mistake, but also they gave me the saddest looking nasty plain bologna sandwich. Called to let them know I cannot eat this and all the man said was, okay? Photos of what I ordered vs. what I received.

It’s a Subway. If you like that sorta thing, you will like this place. The employee here, though I’m not sure of his name, was freindly enough. The line thing is set up weird. That’s about the only thing I can think of that would make it different. If you have ocd about how Subway restaurants are set up, maybe hit up the store just west of 494 on Rockford.

As I walked in 10 minutes before close. The employee slammed the bread case into the wall and tells me “I guess were ordering subway at 9”. Acted like it was an inconvenience to make my order? It was 8:50pm now 8:56 as stand outside baffled and hungry. Thank you R**s really professional. Please train for better customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a catering order online on Thursday this week for pickup at this location today, Saturday, at 9:30 am. I went to pick up the order this morning and got to the store at 9:15 am. The store was closed. The door was locked, the lights were off, no one was inside. I called and called, hoping maybe someone was in back prepping my order… I checked my order confirmation to make sure it was correct. The sign on their door stated they were open 8am-9pm on Saturdays. I waited for half an hour before I had to leave for my event I was supposed to be supplying this lunch for. I had already paid for this order, but also had to order food from somewhere else and frantically get that delivered. No one called me or emailed me to cancel this order. I have no idea what happened. I do know I will never order Subway catering, or go to this store, again.

Did an order on the app so i could pick up my food and have time to enjoy my food on my short lunch break. They are good about having it ready on time. Food was made correctly and the portions were good. No complaints from this location as i do frequent it.
