Very unprofessional and unsanitary. One of coworkers pulled my dad aside and got in his face for no reason, just because he wanted 2 sandwiches and workers didn’t want to make it. Manager didn’t do much either and just took employees side because “he never gets mad”. This business needs to be under new management or shut down, never a good experience. Do better, also don’t use the same knife that you used on another sandwich, people have allergies and it’s just not okay at all!

Worst service ever! Hiring young kids, who want to play, out of condiment, they didn’t even toast the sandwiches correctly. It was horrible! Our sandwiches was a chicken bacon ranch only it was raw and not toasted, and no bacon I asked the kids several times. And a chicken teriyaki not toasted, and no sweet onion sauce or mayo. And all the kids wanted to do was play second time.

Oh boy, here we go. 4/13/25 @14:52pm . I arrive behind 1 customer that’s on a scooter. We wait. Guessing it was about 3-4 min to get 1 of 3 employees out to the front to help us. 1 finally came out to the part they make food and 1 came out from around the back. Like from the back door I’m guessing. He is now in the lobby. As the 1 girl asks the customer if he’d like “something ” he said yes. She says like a sandwich? He said yes. At the same time the employee that’s now in the lobby asks. You guys need something? We go yes. He says, like sandwiches? We go, yes. He says, yall getting 3 sandwiches? Umm, I’m not sure yet. We were about to talk it over. He then says to the back, help needed up front. He then comes around the counter. Explained to the other girl they are getting 3 sandwiches. He then proceeded to put gloves on and help us. He asks what would yall like? As he is staring off into space. I said we will take 2 of the special subs you have on your sign out front, the salami and ham ones. He then informs me that you are aware that you cannot get any veggies on it that don’t come on it. I tell him I am not aware. He says , well I mean I’m telling you so that you can be informed that you cannot get anything else other then what it comes with. I go, oh ok. He then says , you want white. I said, I don’t think so. I’m not really sure. Is that what it comes with? He then says , well you can choose your bread. Oh, I didn’t know. Well I’ll choose Italian cheese. He then says. What type of cheese you want? Again I said, whatever type it comes with. He then says , you can choose whatever type of cheese you want. Ok. 2 employees now ask did you want them the way they come? I said well I thought you said they come with the ingredients you’ve already told me. They said well, you opt to not have those ingredients, just cannot add more. As 2 employees were finishing up the subs one girl almost poked her coworker with the knife by accident. Then he says i need that knife. So she sets it down for him. He finishes up making the sub then proceeded, TO CUT THE SANDWHICH WITH THE KNIFE UPSIDE-DOWN. EVENTUALLY GETTING THE SANDWICH CUT BY KNIFE PRESSURE. This is the oddest experience at any subway I’ve ever had. Including working for 3 different subways in Pensacola,FL for about 6yrs and managing my own for 10months.

My wife went to this Subway today at 1pm. No one at the counter and had to press a buzzer to get the young man to come out. He was wearing ear buds and talking to a call which is very rude. Lettuce was nearly out and peppers were turning brown. Seems like could have been working on replenishing the toppings rather than sitting in the back room on his phone. Although the other reviews are a bit dated, seems like the franchise owner/manager doesn’t manage his business very well.

There was a young lady who was making my sub and they had the lids up to where we couldn’t see what the food looks like. But when she was making my sub, the lettuce looked so brown. Everything looks so old will never go there again. The young lady could not stay off her phone.

I wish I could give this place a zero star. They are supposed to close at 9 but want to claim they’re closed when I go at 8:30. If it was 8:50 8:55 I would be a little more understanding. Poor service. Rude employee. Seems to be they just don’t want to work. Don’t waste your time here.

infested with flies! they let a fly crawl on my sandwich (literally at that point it was only cheese and bread i’d understand if it was a whole sandwich made i wouldn’t want to waste that either) and instead of offering a new piece of bread they just shooed it away. also the girl behind the counter basically ignored me and waited for the oven to finish two other sandwiches before asking me which vegetables i want.
