From the owners to the staff we have a great group of people who take care of the customers. From a bowl of oatmeal to a steak all the food is great. Deserts are good too. Best part I like is you get soup with your meal. A lot of restuarants don’t give you the soup. Thank you Chic A Dee for all the good meals my family and friends have had.

Over the years I probably have driven by this restaurant about 6,000 times going to and from work.
Wasn’t able to make breakfast this morning as my power was out from the storms. While out walking this morning to survey the damage from the storm I noticed someone walking in leading me to believe their power was working so I decided to check this establishment out finally.
I uploaded a photo of my order. It was decent and the waitress stop by a few times to see if I needed a refill on my coffee. Food came out quickly after ordering too!
My bill totaled 14.45 and I left an Andrew Jackson on the table to cover the tip as I was pleased with the experience.
I’d eat breakfast here again.

Kind of a hidden gem on the main drag. Breakfast anytime which I love. Soup was delicious. All the food was good and always has been. Been coming here since I was kid. The best blend of modern and nostalgic. It’s clean and painted but it’s not so remodeled I don’t recognize it which warms my heart bc I used to eat lunch here with my uncle when he was alive. I hope it never closes. Oh and the list of desserts are too long to list. Today we got carrot cake and cookies & cream pie. Might want to split the desserts bc they are pretty large portions.

Had the steak sandwich and potato soup. The steak was cooked perfect and the soup was really good! Service was good. A little nostalgic for me. I use to come here in the late 80’s early 90’s with my dad. So it was nice to see this place is still here! Reason for 4 star. Wish the bread was garlic and it would of been perfect. Definitely recommend.

Clean, quiet, local restaurant. Tried bacon cheeseburger, waffle fries, chicken Philly sandwich, and two soups. All was good. Very clean, not busy. Easy to have quiet conversation. Staff pleasant, helpful. Yummy dessert case with several options, cheesecake, cakes. Carrot cake looked good, as did mango key lime cheesecake. No room for dessert, maybe next time. Prices reasonable.
