i just want to know how hard it is to read words on a screen right in front of your face and place those items in a bag. typically if i order something it’s because i am hungry and want that food item that i just spent my money on. as someone who has managed at a fast food restaurant for 4 years, its really not that hard. just do better and stop stealing peoples money

Place is beyond dirty. All tables in store were dirty, floors are not kept up, bathroom soap does not work, and had to ask to lean table to sit down. It is hard to see but thia place has atleast 20 flies i. The eatting area.

This has happened multiple times! my daughters happy meal is missing her frys. My nuggets were upside down and so were my fries I had to eat them out the bottom of the bag which had a hole in it and I got food all over the car. I asked for a mcdouble pickles only they gave me one with onions only and add mac sauce when I took it back they acted like I was lying about it to get a free sandwich I guess. I hate onions lol

I am very rarely go, but when I do, they always managed to screw up the order. This is the third time in the last month that I’ve gone there and received completely the opposite of everything that I’ve ordered not to mention no condiments no utensils no straw no nothing. They just look at you. Throw it out the window close the door and they’re done with you of all other places to go in Harrodsburg. McDonald’s will be the last place that I would go.

There are 2 drive through lanes and both were open. I chose 2. More than 10 cars passed me up from lane 1 before I could even place my order. The girl on the speaker kept telling me to “wait”. I ordered the “value meal” and instead of $5, it came to $10, even though I explicitly asked EACH TIME “will this be an extra charge”. When I asked WHY my meal was double the amount, once again she did not respond – more silence and more wasted time…………. My order time was over 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me (but 10+ cars placed their orders and picked them up from lane #1!). Apparently MY ordering girl was assisting the people in lane 1, which the manager stated was how it was and would continue to be. She told me this when I went in to speak to her. The manager would not give me her name but she had tattoos on her hands and kinky black hair tied in the back of her head. She could have cared less and told me to call the “corporate phone number” on the door as she pointed me to the door. I did call and no one answered. Tried another 30 minutes to call another McDonald’s number online for customer service and a rep named “Shy” from another country AGAIN could have cared less. Asked for her manager and she put me on hold for over 5 minutes and said she was not transferring me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND NO FOOD – not that your food is any good anymore.

Made a small order in drive thru, 2 burgers, qp and fries and a happy meal. Get home and the happy meal box literally only has fries and a toy in it. So i call them to tell them about it and the woman who answered the phone laughed, then said “sorry we are training new people” all while still laughing and by end of the call she’s practically rolling in damn floor like my kid not having something to eat for lunch that he wanted is the funniest shit she ever heard.

Me and my wife ordered food and every time something is missing tonight all most everything we just got 20% of are thing… We are missing 10 pc mcnuggets and two large Fry’s 2 ranch cups.. and they say it is a door dash thing but they said one night that are order was cancelled. It is a on good thing…

I just wanted to come on and say LISA the manager is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond TWICE to make an order for me, I’m 6 months pregnant I had a toddler screaming “FRIES” In the backseat and a husband that doesn’t listen to a word I say which frustratingly had me crying in the drive through

No silverware, no straw, and no napkins. I ordered through the drive-through a biscuits and gravy meal. It shouldn’t be hard to remember the basics.
