I was helped by an employee by the name of Yerica, she was very patient and explain the menu and certain specials they had I place my order add to my surprise Yerica was the only employee in the store. She was working the front register and also cooking and preparing the food I was very impressed at how hard this young lady works and she does it all with a smile on her face I truly hope her employer really appreciates her she deserves it thank you the Highland Wingstop is now my new store thank you again

Disappointed with my recent visit. Customer service was poor, and the quality of the food didn’t make up for it. Paid $8 for carrots & celery that looked awful, and the wings were just crispy bones with no meat. Is Wingstop more focused on tenders now? Definitely not worth the price & the patience!

Just want to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I stopped by for dinner. Guy at the front (Didn’t get his name), but it was around 8:30 – 9 P.M. on 09/25/25, was friendly and attentive. I’m big on customer service, and he didn’t disappoint. As a matter of fact, the whole crew working tonight did a good job. Many places have lowered the standards for customer service, so it was good to see it’s still around in some places. Keep up the good work.

The cherry is workers like Laura check orders and if it seems like something might be missing from an order or would compliment it, then offer recommendations and/or reminders.

Marcus or morcos , the shift manager for the night had me in hold for 20 minutes for me to show up and the front and ask to take my order ,that’ I’ve waited 20 mins on hold. He said sorry it got busy with only 2 people ahead of me in the store . Then continues to ignore me and not take my order . I have to get him to take it for me and he began to deliver each question with agitation and started calling me bro and getting very unprofessional and not even asking me the food I wanteD but instead stumbling over his questions . Honestly looked like he could’ve been high or something with how he delivered his service tonight. Very displeased because this is the Wingstop I usually preferred.
