This trip to La Leona felt like a soft opening, but a very promising one. The horse-themed design, beautiful tables, and warm atmosphere are fantastic. The California burrito, steak & chili burrito, and enchilada with a tamale were all pretty good. No margaritas yet, but the deals look great. Excited to support a new Dubuque spot—definitely coming back!

My wife and I just ate here and it was amazing! The staff was very welcoming and had great customer service from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and our order came out super quick. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!
