Wonderful customer service! The food has changed. It’s not the same pizza and cookie dough I once knew. Although the food is milder in flavor and quality, it is now good in a different way. The sauce is much milder and the marinara sauce as well. The Cookie dough has me sad though. It’s not made in house anymore and has a much milder flavor, not as much vanilla flavor, chocolate chips are excellent still, the texture is grainy ( if you eat it raw), I have not baked any as of yet. I know I am not going to be dreaming of eating their cookie dough raw anymore, it’s nothing special. I do recommend their pizza in its new form.

I was offered and provided assistance to my vehicle with my completed order. I walk with a cane and am 2 months short of completing 88 years old. The young man who offered to help me, Jacob, had been called in from another store because River Road was so busy. Nevertheless, the River Road associates were welcoming, as well as focused and task-oriented.

A week ago i drove straight from work and arrived at 8:40 and was told they already had everything put away and could not make me a pizza unless I had an existing order already. Tonight I get here at 8:20 and was givin a Snark attitude by the female who took my order she just seemed like she didn’t want to be at work also the mail that made my pizza just had like this attitude like we were there too late but it was only 8:20 PM I mean they close at nine so they should make pizzas up until 855 since it only takes him a couple minutes to whip point together anyway my opinion I haven’t tasted the food yet but I’m sure it’s OK just customer service kind of suck they’re very rude.

We love the taste and it could be so perfect. We order half and half all the time. Well almost every time the “regular” amount of salami is like you’re missing salami at all on like half of the half of pieces of pizza! Happened twice now And today we had a very uneven half and half. It was more like 3/5 and 2/5 It would be so great if attention would’ve paid to these small but significant details. We love the taste. And review is definitely open for updates so….. ❤️
