Absolutely disappointed spent 20 dollars for fried boxes cold fries and hard chicken and this was right at open. Fries tasted liked they were days old. Couldn’t even eat fries because it had pieces of the box in them.

I used to be a very frequent customer at Zaxby’s, but over time I had several disappointing experiences at the Holly Springs location that ultimately made me stop going altogether. The issues added up enough that I decided to take my business elsewhere for a while…..
Recently though, I stopped by on a craving, and I was genuinely surprised…. in the best way.
From the moment I walked in, there was a noticeable shift in energy. The atmosphere felt more welcoming, the staff was upbeat and attentive, and the entire experience felt different from what I had dealt with in the past. The team handled my order smoothly and professionally, and the service was excellent.
Most importantly, the food was fantastic fresh, hot, and exactly how Zaxby’s should be. 10 out of 10.
Because of this experience, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific location. Feeling welcomed and valued as a customer makes a huge difference, and this visit restored my confidence in this franchise. Huge credit to the team and management for turning things around.

If I could give this abomination of a restaurant no stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST DRIVE THROUGH EXPERIENCE EVER. VERY rude and unfriendly staff, gave me the incorrect food and was rude to ME about it. Here’s how it all happened… first off, they overcharged us with no refund, told us to pull up and wait for an unreasonable amount for the two orders of fried pickles we had. After we sat for a LONG while, they brought us the incorrect drinks, and the wrong food which was nasty. Then, we had to go back inside and switch the food. When I gave the food to the woman at the counter she SNATCHED it from me and as I began to tell her the issue, she cut me off and very rudely said “YEAH. I KNOW” then I proceeded to wait for ANOTHER ungodly amount of time for an order that should have taken 5 minutes. As well as this, they also made rude comments in ear range of me. Never again will I come to this Zaxbys EVER AGAIN.

I have been coming here for years but always through the drive through. Today I got the Big Jax Snack and an Egg Roll. The food was excellent. Today the service was a little slow as several high school students were there. I always have fast accurate service through the drive through from professional friendly staff. I enjoy the new egg rolls as a tasty treat. I hope you will try this restaurant.

It’s been awhile since I’ve had Zaxby’s because I felt the quality of the food had changed. Well I tried today and now I know why I stopped going. I ordered a spicy signature club sandwich meal (it’s supposed to have bacon). I am not sure what happened to it as you can see from the photo. The sandwich was also too salty and fries super soggy almost undercooked. Waste of money! Right into the garbage.

This location is going downhill fast. They are now charging for sauce, holding the ketchup hostage and the QR code for their app never works because the receipt is always faded and impossible to read.
The employees up front never look interested in doing their jobs. Instead they have decided that messing around and talking amongst themselves is a better use of their time. I never received a thank you.
The quality of the food has declined significantly along with the portion sizes. It also takes a long time for the food to come out, even though they are not very busy. In fact I was able to think about and write this review before receiving my order.
I won’t be coming back again. Too bad as I used to like this place. Wish there was a Raising Canes around here.

Think of the longest youve had to wait for food and double it. Place could be completely empty and youll still wait a half hour minimum for some basic chicken tenders

I prefer to give 0 stars but of course that’s not possible. This location is so booty at their job they are allergic to putting season on the fries, even when you request extra seasoning. If you’re lucky they will put the extra seasoning in a little cup and toss it in the bag in exchange of the sauces they didn’t add. Every time I order from here they get something wrong, and the last time I’ll go here is because they messed my order of loaded bacon ranch fries so bad that I had to take a picture of it. When you get food during a lunch break you don’t have the luxury of going back to get your order corrected so I tried to leave feedback but apparently Zaxby’s likes to hide how to do that so this is my feedback. I didn’t request any changes to the fries except for extra seasoning, and they decided to omit the seasoning, sauces, and like half the cheese.

Just horrible. They were making TikTaks in the back and ruined my whole order. Ordered the 6pc Chicken Finger MEAL and got a chicken sandwich with no fries and no sauce. And they refuse to send me my fingers and continued doing TikTaks. The soda machines stopped working! Just go to B Dubs
