I’m really disappointed with my experience at this Wendy’s in Fry’s. The biggest issue was the wait time — it took way longer than it should have just to get my food, even though the order was simple. Standing around for that long made it feel like customers’ time doesn’t matter here.

A couple weeks ago I dined in and there was an employee at the front counter named Damien. This man was very professional, courteous, and helpful and has been every time I’ve gone in. I wanted to specifically recognize his performance at this restaurant.

Incompetent and lazy explains these employees perfectly. It took them 16 minutes to take 2 car orders and then told the car in front of me and myself that they were “closed”.
Only a bunch of lazy employees would delay taking orders just so they can finish up early. Bad customer service.

Filthy drink machine out of more then half the drinks looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in forever. Bathroom was disgusted.

I could not understand the employee in drive-thru, employee was a low talker. I wasn’t greeted, when I spoke to the employees at the pick-up window they ignored me. Food was OK, drink was messy with no straw. No napkins, sauces, or ketchup.
