Really disappointed that my whopper tonight was ice cold and the patty is like rubber, very tough.
The fries were ok but had an after taste…
Please do a better job at making sure the sandwiches are fresh and that the meat is freshly cooked and not the ones from lunch time.

Got the monster mozzarella fries and the jalapeño cheese bites? They were limited on the menu and were both delicious. Food was fantastic, the lady in the drive thru was so nice. Overall great experience. Way better service and food than I remember too.

This particular Burger King is really underrated! I had a really good experience eating inside the restaurant around 12:45 pm. And I enjoyed eating the Whopper Combo meal that included a whopper, small fry’s and a small drink for only $5.99. Everything was very clean and fast service, although the drive thru window was busy.

We took our kiddos out to Burger King tonight and it was the BEST experience ever!! They brought the crowns out to them and were so friendly! All of our food came fast and super warm! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

It was really good and I was super duper excited that they have surge in the drink mixing device thing it basically changed my entire life forever. It smells kinda like wood in here, so that’s good news for everyone that enjoys a nice WOOD smell while enjoying a burger or chicken or ice cream!

We were really impressed! Very good service, manager was excellent. Food was excellent. Restaurant was very clean and staff were wearing gloves. Highly recommended.

When my girlfriend came out of the restroom she said that one of the ladies that works here didn’t even wash her hands. She walk out of the restroom not caring about if I noticed either no shame in her game. That’s when I told my girl let’s at least charge up our stuff since they got outlets. So we did and that same lady that didn’t wash her hands in the restroom is the same lady ended up saying if we buy something then we can charge up our stuff. Since when did you become the budget of burger King. Right away we felt unwelcome these ladies are very unprofessional health penal code for this burger King. I wouldn’t buy food here go to McDonald’s their a lot more friendlier and the outlets are everywhere. Stating facts. Check out the reviews on other customers that have complaints this is ongoing. I’ll definitely call the health department and see what we can do about it. They should all be fire and bring in employees that will do the job right.

Went through the drive-through drying the place my order evidently the person on the other end of the intercom could not hear so I got myself closer to the speaker and he still couldn’t hear halfway through our order. You could hear him going on saying hello. Can you hear me? I can’t really hear you and I said I’m talking into the speaker real loudly and next thing you know I’m being told to get off the property and get out. when I called to see when the problem was, they accuse me of swearing at them, and I never swore at them. This was the most unprofessional worst service I’ve ever had at Burger King God I wish I know how to get a hold of the corporate or whoever owns this franchise.

The food was good, unfortunately it seems they are severely understaffed. 17 minutes for a fast food order through a drive-thru is asinine. I’m not holding anything against the people who were working, it seemed there were only two on that evening, my point of this review is to make it known they deserve to have more support. Again the food was great but a fast food restaurant through a drive-thru you should not be sitting at the window for 17 minutes. Therefore the idea that you only have two employees working on the Thursday evening around 5:00 seems like a poor choice. Forgive me for my criticism but I think that’s what these reuser meant for.
