5 guys burger are great. Made from fresh hamburger. The buns could have been toasted a bit longer.
This is a fast food joint. But not pre-made. You might have to wait a bit if it gets very busy.

First time customer. Had lunch in Coralville location. First thought was they definitely don’t have staff to be able to withstand any more customers beyond us. She held her own just fine throughout our visit. Delivered exceptional customer service and courtesy we appreciate. All around awesome experience! Will definitely stop when I’m in town again.

Delicious, but way overpriced, the fries are really good but the burgers are like homemade burgers and also take just as long. For these prices I would expect way more. Take out gets super messy with the condiments, by the way.

We were at the door in the very cold today at 11 when they open. A worker inside saw us, waved and walked into the back to not be seen again. We called to verify the hours only to be told that they were running 10 minutes behind but would come let us in. 15 minutes later still no one to open the door and let us in. Ridiculous! What business doesn’t open on there posted hours and leaves customers outside in the cold? We are at Freddy’s enjoying our great service and meal now, thanks!

This was my first time at 5 Guys. I loved the burger there was flavor of the meat. The condiments did over power the meaty favor. The fries being fresh cut reminded me of my Grandma cafe from the 1950’s. It was a bit pricey compared to the fast food places, but after eating the food it was well worth the price. I can’t wait till one opens in Davenport.

Stopped at Five Guys on my way home from work. Very minimal wait time. And nice outdoor seating. I had a hamburger all the way and a fry. By the time I was done I ended up going back in and ordering a salted caramel shake with bacon. Everything was delicious! Staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help the customers.
