When a crew member offers to help speed up service and the other crew member announced to the whole restaurant that “I don’t care” I was surprise. When I waited 37 minutes for her to exercise her negative attitude and give me terrible service I was disgusted. When I offered to help her finish putting drinks in the bag as she was struggling to find the proper motivation, she had the nerve to tell her manager to “handle this” and walked away. She should be terminated immediately for such conduct in front of customers and her refusal to do her job. She was intentionally moving as slow as possible and demonstrating her lack of care for her job. Her attitude was just so childish.

Generally speaking the food is decent. The burgers are not cold but they’re not hot either. The worst part is how slow the drive through is during lunch and supper. This place always makes you wait before taking your order. I order using the app prepaying for our meal. I simply can’t leave if I get tired of waiting.
I’ve sat in line after arriving for 30 minutes recently with only 3 cars ahead of me. It’s obvious the customers in line were about as happy as me. Another day 20, today 10 and nobody was in front of me. The whole point of fast food is fast service if that even exists anymore.
I can’t honestly recommend this BK if you have less than an hour lunch and work fairly close.

I had a delivery across the street. Hadn’t had a whooper in awhile so I went in. And this nasty ssa lady took my order then turned around to wait for food to be sent up from grill. As she stood there she started messing with her finger nail, put it in her mouth and continued to stand there. My goal was to discreetly ask her to wash her hands. But her manager saw her ignoring me trying to get her attention and asked can I help you. I asked her if she would ask the lady to wash her hands since she had just had one in her mouth. The manger turned to her and said can you please wash your hands or use some han sanitizer. The lady followed the managers orders quickly. She came back and i was glad she only touched the outside of my bag because another cashier had come back from break. Everyone here was nice polite and respectful it’s just the one employee not knowing her hand shouldn’t be in or around her mouth when working other people’s food. (Mind you i paid cash when she took my order)

One of the employees was super kind and helpful after giving us the wrong burger. I was prepared to write a negative review after not knowing how to use the app and no one be willing to help me (which was annoying). BUT after seeing this employee work to make sure we were covered I wanted to bump it a bit. The restaurant was clean and I got our food in a good amount of time.

The young man in the drive thru is always super friendly and personable. The food is always top notch. I eat burger king breakfast several times a week. Van Wert location is by far my favorite.

Food was below average. I asked for tomato and got the butt end, the size of a half dollar for a whopper sandwich. My kids nuggets were burnt. Every table was dirty and sticky, as was the floor, bathroom door, and stall doors. Woman’s bathroom did not have soap, told the cashier and he looked at me confused. Trash can looked like a ketchup packet exploded all over it. Could use a good clean up.
