I was on vacation when I went to this location. The cashier was the rudest person! He cut me off 3 times to wait on other customers when all I was trying to ask him is what location was the store so I could place my order online since he wanted to charge me $5 more for a single pizza than ordering online you got 2 pizzas for $5 cheaper! So I asked to speak to the manager and all he had to say was sorry about that. Needless to say I left without ordering anything. I would not recommend anyone to go here!

*update: Although my order was wrong, I still ordered a pepperoni cheese bread. Guess what?? It was wrong too! Alba, asst manager came up on the phone to tell me that she is on the phone and wanted to offer me a free 2 liter. I told her I only want a 20 oz since I was waiting for the remake and other order. The other staff made her aware that she made my other order wrong too! She offered to remake it! I was tired, hungry, and thirsty and ready to go home! I told the staff to give me the cheese bread without toppings and left! What a day!! Whew! I’m done with that location!! Unless something changes for the best!

Sometimes I feel like affordable chain restaurants get a bad rap. And most of the time, I’d agree & say the service is subpar at best, can you blame the employee though? However- even though it took me a bit to find the time to write this review I couldn’t help but share my incredibly positive experience that happened at this location (Carolina Beach Road location). My experience happened on Valentine’s Day 2023. So just like two weeks ago. I called them as soon as they opened placed an order for a later time in the day. I was picking up pizzas for my son’s second grade class. It’s my first time being class mom so I explained to the woman that I was nervous & really just wanted everything to be correct at pick up. Flash forward 2 hours & not only was my entire order hot, ready and 100% correct. The lady that placed it for me made a special Valentine’s Day pizza for me and my efforts as class parent. I could have cried. I picked up the tab for the entire 2nd grade class & in return was so kindly blessed by this woman running the counter that it literally made my day. I wish I would have held on the the receipt to catch her name but I was overwhelmed with feelings. If you are the manager of this store & knows who was answering the phones on 2/14/23 at 11am- give them a raise. Truly the kindest service I’ve ever had with “fast food”.

This place had no door handle and a sign in the mirror saying they would not open it and to “figure it out”. Once my wife and other customers managed to pry the door open, the entire staff acted rude, unprofessional, gave us someone else’s order. One girl wouldn’t make eye contact with anyone the whole time there. The gut who was working was snarky and rude. If this was my franchise I’d fire the entire store. Do not go to this location.

Tried to go in to place an order, but, store smelled like mamajuana and the two employees had long hair with no hat or hairnet. They said it would be at least 30 minutes before we get our order. Needless to say we just left!!
