Normally we have a pretty good experience. This last time wasn’t so great. We first tried ordering online and had issues with the promo code so we called in and the manager took care of us no problem. Our order said it will be ready at 5:30. We get to jets at 5:37 to pay and pick up. Our order was 102. I see order 107 is done on the shelf so i ask about order 102. They ask about 102 and shortly after i hear 102 will be done in 6 minutes. After waiting until 5:55 to get my order we leave. When we get home our buffalo chicken pizza had no cheese! How do you forget cheese on a pizza?! We were a little disappointed as that pizza was terrible. However the rest of our order was good.

I love delivery from here and I’m deep in Sorrento. I get their turbo crust with a deep dish (onion, ground beef, ham.) Get the extra ranch and get the extra pizza sauce, totally worth it. I placed an order at 6:12pm with a quoted delivery window of 40–50 minutes. By 7:15pm, still no pizza. I waited until 7:40pm before calling, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt in case they were busy. At that point, we were approaching an hour and a half with no food.
When I finally got someone on the phone, I was told the pizza was “on the way” and that if it didn’t arrive within 10 minutes, to call back for a refund. I waited 15 minutes, called again, and then spent the next several attempts going straight to ringing with no one answering. I called six times.
By 8pm, still no pizza. I left my house and got food elsewhere because at that point, dinner was ruined. Then at 8:20pm, I get a call that the pizza has arrived.
How do you quote 40–50 minutes and deliver over two hours later? Where is the communication? Why is no one answering the phone? And where is my refund?
To make it worse, the pizza that finally showed up was lukewarm at best. Paying almost $10 in fees and a tip for a cold, excessively late order is unacceptable.
If delays happen, communicate. Don’t tell customers to call back for a refund and then ignore the phone completely. This was a terrible experience from start to finish, and the lack of accountability and communication is incredibly disappointing.
Do better.

Jets here serves great pizza whether personal or larger. Were not talking about NY, Chicago or elsewhere! This is great Florida pizza having taken cues from all the places mentioned. You need to patronize this place. We cannot afford to not have them as a local provider of once again great pizza . Shame on you for not having tasted it.

Jets is the only delivery food we order because their quality is always very high. The cauliflower pizza is delicious and the BBQ pizza is a signature and a staple for us. Ordered online. Asked my husband to pick it up. Come on guys, It clearly says Ranch Dip on the receipt! How come you put marinara I look forward to eating my boat with ranch & now i feel like i don’t wanna even eat it. This is actually not the first time mistake for our order.

To whom it may concern…
Hope everyone reads this. Went here after work today to get dinner for the family. Order my pizza the guy took my order I paid for the pizza no questions asked he said about 20 minutes I said ok no problem I’ll just sit here and wait……… 28 minutes later I went to the counter and the guy said that my pizza was handed to someone else and that they were making me another one and it would be 15 minutes…. DID NOT OFFER ME ANY KIND OF DISCOUNTS NOT EVEN A DRINK…. and the supervisor on duty did nothing nor did he even care. So you can’t come over and tell me what you and your colleagues did and think that it would be okay before I came to the counter first…. So instead of being upfront and honest before I said something.

I just asked for my money back and left.

This pizza joint was Great! I purchased a Groupon and it sure did come in handy for our Friday night movie night.
The customer service was exceptional and they were friendly and knowledgeable regarding their menu. They have TVs to watch while you wait for your order.
I ordered a Large, Deep dish pizza with cheesy bread. The pizza was freshly cooked with just the right amount of sauce, cheese and pepperoni. The cheesy bread was great as well.
