Never will I order from this store again because I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches from them and they sent out 2 cold steal over heated chicken meat on cold buns. You have to be heartless with no compassion or good eye sights to see that the chicken meat was no good to send out. But no we got the over heated chicken meat sent to me, us. Wow. Whoever sent those sandwiches out shouldn’t be working in the customer service field or preparation for customers either. You showed yourself up last night making and sending those sandwiches out to me. I see you and so will others now. I ordered this order on 2/25/2026 around 8:19 pm- 8:30 pm. So on those hours shift made those sandwiches for Door dash delivery. Lost a customer to this store. And they claimed to be out of the Oreo treat I ordered. Throw away both sandwiches had too.

Visited Burger King on Herritage St recently and noticed the inside of the restaurant seemed clean and well organized. The lady working the cash register was nice to me however seemed a little inpatient with the older gentleman behind me. My order was perfect. I will visit this location again soon.

They are always super nice, the food is delicious, and they have steady good deals. Even when it’s super busy I get phenomenal food. Why would they even pick this biscuit to serve someone? It was so hard, I couldn’t even eat it. Wow look at the huge hunk of lettuce on my whopper!! Why do I keep giving them chances? I’m going to start going to the other one cross town, smh. 030623 I tried breakfast again this is what I got for hash browns! The ones on top were whole ut when they were gone this was under them! I was already making myself eat them because they tasted scorched(need to change grease) the crumbled up hash browns are pitiful. This location needs new management or close!!

The entire restaurant needs to be shut down, thoroughly cleaned, repaired, or renovated. Certain parts are filthy! Some, not all of the staff has a huge attitude problem and they come off like they hate their job or the customer.

Everytime I go to this Burger King I always have issues with the service and it’s only gotten worse. Today I was in the drive through and waited at least 20-25 minutes and never got to order my food.. I saw 4 people walk in and come right back out because they said the workers were arguing so bad that they didn’t wanna be in there amongst that.
