Had a horrible experience at this location. Service was extremely slow and acted as if my presence there was a burden. I asked for a simple order. A few burgers and a wrap. The $9-$10 double baconator I ordered was so lazily thrown together. The whole bottom half of the burger was dry, and the bacon and sauce they put on it was a joke. I have gone to this location many times before, since it’s not far from my house, but they have really been slacking the last couple times I’ve gone. Very unhappy with this!!

Hands down, the QUICKEST and CLEANEST Wendy’s I’ve ever stepped into. I was just passing through and decided to run in, the people in front of me had their food delivered to their table by the time I finished ordering.

Love this Wendy’s but today I went through the drive thru, ordered the seasonal fruit along with other stuff and it was just apples but had mold on them. Disgusting but willing to give Wendy’s one more chance. Tried calling over 6 times but line is always busy so if the manager see this please have your staff check what they put in the bags and how they prepare our meals.

These and other Wendys have gone down hill in my opinion. Food gets smaller yet increases in price. Asked for spicy chicken no veggies with mayo cheese only. I got nothing I asked for except the chicken. Like they threw it in the wrapping and moved along. Bun half on, lettuce half off… What happend.

Just got done in the drive thru after waiting in a line of maybe 3 cars. The wait was 20 minutes easy. The woman taking our order seemed flustered and overwhelmed. I ordered 2 small chocolate frosties, a crispy chicken sandwich, a small.sprite, and a medium coke. I was given a medium chocolate and vanilla frosty, a dr pepper instead of a coke, and when my daughter bit into her sandwich there was a huge hair inside. So ridiculous. Please train these people. Gross.

Careless, sloppy, awful service. They charged me for Cinnabon order but forgot to put it in. What they did put was saggy old food. They didn’t answer my call, and I was on my way to a timely appointment so I couldn’t turn around. Worst Wendy’s ever.

Our family eats here once a week minimum, when we don’t feel like cooking, we go to Wendy’s. That’s how we operate, until today when an employee who claimed to be a manager was too busy to help me and remake the burger that they made incorrectly. I’m not sure if she was new, but she seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing and getting frustrated so she lashed out at me and another customer who was standing nearby. She refused to remake the burger and told me to request a refund through the app. She then wanted the actual manager to kick me out of the restaurant because I “disrespected” her. Looks like I’ll be deleting Wendy’s app and installing McDonald’s.
