Very disappointed. Twice now, not once but twice they have messed up my Togo order. The first time I gave them grace and dealt with it. I ordered a grilled chicken avo blt and they gave me a chipotle chicken sandwich. I couldn’t eat it because it was too spicy for me but I just dealt with it. However, today the manager rang me up but I did not realize this at first. I asked for the cheesesteak ciabatta, I even asked her how it was and would she recommend it. She did. Imagine my surprise when I get home to only find out that once again I have the chipotle spicy chicken sandwich definitely not a cheesesteak. This time I wasn’t going to let this go because they obviously have a system issue and I’m hungry I want to eat my dinner. So I drive all the way back to the restaurant. I ask to speak to the manager and realized she was the one who took my order. I then begin to explain to her I believe she has a system malfunction because this has happened to me twice now. She realized her mistake and begins to confess she input the incorrect sandwich. Her solution was to offer me free pastries. I told her I already just bought my pastries I didn’t need anymore. Then her solution became well let me refresh your soup so they are hot to go with your new sandwich. She could tell I was not pleased. She then asked me what I wanted her to do to make it right. I then handed her the bag and just told her to remake the order. Never mind the tip I already gave and the gas I already spent going back and forth to this restaurant. What I’ve learned is, don’t tip before you get your order and check your order before you drive home. Upon getting home and opening the bag, I have my new correct sandwich that I had ordered but the bread that came with our soups is still the same as before and I know this because my daughter took a bite out of it. So this begs me to believe that they just took our old soups and old bread and put them in a new bag with our new correct sandwich. This is the reason for the 1star review and not a 3. The whole experience felt in-genuine to me and I will probably not patron this location for a while.

November 22, 2025 stopped by ordered an orange scone for mom and I got a value duet smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich with a side of tomato soup and bread total was $12 used my $7 off coupon in the app!
February 27, 2026 got Panera bread for dinner used my coupon in the app for a free large blueberry lavender lemonade with a $5 purchase so got the Asiago steak bagel sandwich! $8.55 total

Reliable Panera. Average experience. No issues, but nothing outstanding. They did, though, have a really kind holiday giving tree for donations. As always, very clean and cozy. HOT BREAD! Yes, we love the bread . You Pick 2 soup and sandwich meal will always be the perfect balanced lunch. I don’t know why it’s so good.

Maybe the temperature does keep germs away because it’s like a DR’s office. Bring a jacket if you are going to eat inside. Friendly, personable staff.

Pretty unfortunate that you guys don’t have the avocado toast available all day. The fact that there’s no actual breakfast foods on it and it’s part of a breakfast menu is kind of crazy. Usually if a customer orders something it should be available all day especially if it’s something as simple as avocado on an everything bagel.

Stopped in for lunch take out and ordered the chicken and wild rice soup. I am hoping it is just this location and not Panera in general as I don’t eat here often, and never will again after today. The soup used to be thick and creamy with cubed chicken breast. Today, it was watered down with grease floating on top, crunchy vegetables, barely any rice, and the chicken was chunks of chicken fat and skin. It was so disgusting I couldn’t eat it. Thankfully, the bread was good as that is all I was able to have for lunch. Servers were polite and efficient, so again, hoping this is not the norm, but also again, won’t be returning any time soon to find out.

I will never go to a different Panera! This location is run so well!! My orders are always correct, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the building is always clean and most importantly the food is so amazing. The only Panera I’ve been to in forever where there’s warm bread!! The food is always so fresh and tastes so good, which I feel is something that becoming more rare with every other place I go! The quality of this location is nothing short of perfection in every way!

I’ve been a customer for years. I enjoy the half turkey baguette sandwich and half broccoli cheddar soup. Though, through the years, the soup bowls have been getting smaller and smaller. After some months, I returned for my favorite. The soup bowls seems smaller and I was served a deli lunch meat sandwich on regular bread. That, and a mocha cost me $17.97!!! I inquired about the bread and the plain store sliced lunch meat roll and was told “that’s how the sandwiches are made now.” PB, you just lost a customer!!! You got cheap! I came here for “hot bread” baguettes and real turkey not store bread and cheap sliced lunch meat roll. I could go to Publix and get a better sandwich. I’m very disappointed!!! Won’t be back for lunch!

I asked for no bravo sauce. Also called to have the sandwich toasted but instead the bread is soft, soggy and it should be common sense to not heat up the veggies.
I called back and the manager (4/29 4:00 pm) said there was no modification and they did toast it all- nothing they could do. Literally his words- there is nothing we can do.
I told him I couldn’t believe the type of service and answer, many places even restaurants still offer to make it right. #1 rule of customer service I think…. After I said this I heard crickets- nothing. I then asked are you seriously going to stay quiet? Literally had an opportunity to make it right!
I did make a modification, I’m not an idiot. I don’t work at a sandwich spot but would know that warm lettuce and tomato tastes awful.
