ordered a venti pink drink with cold foam. The server didn’t seem to be having a good day which is fine. However when i received my drink it was almost half cold foam and less beverage. It wasn’t a mood killer i understand it was 30 minutes to close, i just felt it was necessary to share.

While I was working on my laptop, Andi, the manager, checked in with genuine attentiveness, showing care not only for customers but also for her team. Her positivity is contagious, and it’s clear her team follows her example. This location is one of the most welcoming I’ve visited, and I look forward to returning. They truly deserve a way for customers to easily share feedback, such as a QR code for reviews, so others can experience and recognize the exceptional service they provide.

We were allowed to use the bathroom, and it was very unsanitary, which is quite shocking to say the least given that this location is in Westfield, New Jersey. We have seen many lesser affluent areas with superior, cleaner bathrooms; bar none!
