I understand it was 3 in the morning, a 8+ person brawl broke out on the street outside, and someone got pepper-sprayed. But my chicken strip Avocado Ranch Combo had no Chicken Ranch Avocado Burrito and the Deluxe Craving Box was missing its nachos and cheese 🙁

I stopped by this Taco Bell Cantina in downtown Orlando and placed a simple order—two bean burritos and a medium drink at 1:31 PM. By 1:46 PM, I still had not received anything. The restaurant was not busy at all and no staff checked in, no updates were given. I had to get up and ask to speak with the manager. I decided to request a refund and was granted one. The experience was frustrating and poorly managed. Fast food should not take this long for basic menu items. Considering the prime downtown location, this level of service is disappointing. This place certainly lives up to it’s low rating. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Late night, told the workers im allergic to sour cream and beans. I got a burrito and they put nothing but beans and cheese. I told them not once but twice. Truly upset. Waste of money. Feels like it wasnt a mistake but done on purpose. There were barely any customers. On a wednesday/thursday night.

got some tacobell after concert . whole city popped out so the wait was long but customer service was great. shout out to your front counter i believe his name was anthony he the best employee yall got. made sure my order was quick and was respectful and kept a smile on his face by the time i had left the whole store was trashed made me feel bad for whover closing but at least my quesadillas was fire.

Came here for the first time after a concert at kia center and there was a line out the door. it went by quickly bc of the kiosks but the girl who took our order was really nice and had our alcoholic drinks ready while we were at the counter still. the other workers made our food in under 5 mins. I don’t usually leave reviews but i was impressed with how quick they were getting through orders on a super busy night and with 8 workers (i counted lol), on top of that all of them were still really kind

INFURIATING experience- they had a full blown bouncer blocking customers from accessing the bathroom. We came in for a bathroom & to eat – we were told to order first so we did and waited for our food, after we received it we tried to access the restrooms and an employee was blocking the way and said the restroom is off limits to customers. I asked if it was being cleaned and he said no they just don’t let customers use the restrooms at that location and if I don’t like it I shouldn’t come back. I said “so they’re off limits?” He immediately got aggressive and said “What’d I just say?!” then shoo’d me away like a dog. ***ON SITE DINING requires a business to provide restroom access*** – this place needs to be shut down. Not to mention- the entire staff was extremely rude and overly aggressive, we felt like we walked into a prison, employees screaming, our order was incorrect, disgusting conditions and got scammed into buying a bunch of extra food to use the bathroom then were told no. SHUT THE PLACE DOWN – I’ll 100% be on the phone with corporate. Public restrooms need to be available for paying customers. My assumption is that they just don’t want to clean the bathrooms but it’s part of their job & there’s no excuse. Bluntly- came in to get food and pee, got verbally attacked by an old man trying to fight for no reason and treated like an idiot for assuming I could use a public restroom after buying $21 worth of food at this shitty location. Nobody come here.

You order food at kiosks which you would think would speed up the process and you would be wrong. The kiosks are just to hire less people. It is not working. Took forever to get food while I was waiting, many people came in with online orders which they did not appear to have even started. First time trying this Taco Bell and I will say it will probably be the last. Taco Bell ditch the technology and hire real people. The entire experience sucked. After waiting for about a half hour – I just left. Taco Bell sucks and the employees they do hire suck. Google maps really needs to add zero stars for reviews. After this experience I will never go to another Taco Bell ever and whoever is responsible for this franchise location should have their franchise taken away and do something else because they obviously do not care about the image they are putting out there for Taco Bell. Zero minus stars if I could give an honest review

From what I could find, this is your best bet if you want big food for smaller moneys. The food was good and fairly quick. The kiosk touch screen was buggin though and not all the letters worked and I don’t like that they bathrooms require a code.

Ordered on the app. Said ready in 20 minutes. I got there at the time it told me. Still had to wait 45 extra minutes. Total of over an hour wait for two burritos that take 30 seconds to put together. Everyone in there also seemed to be waiting forever. Cold beef, sloppy wrapping job. Five workers, only two seemed to be doing everything while the others stood around.
And… It smells weird in there. The floors are sticky. Weirdos at the tables not eating, just hanging out. This was at 1PM on a Monday.
This place’s reputation is well-deserved.
