Our first visit to this incredible restaurant, and won’t be our last! Both meals were hot and fresh and very flavourful. Not only was the food excellent but the service from Debbie M was outstanding. She was so friendly and provided great recommendations. She made sure we had an amazing dining experience. Thanks for an incredible end to our 11 hour roadtrip.

We were referred here by our friends at Johns Truck Service. Wonderful food if you are looking for authentic Mexican this is the place. I got the enchilada plate with green sauce and they were able to accommodate two chicken and a beef so I had some variety. Green sauce everything was great. Mike had The Shrimp Loco and the shrimp looked like the ones we get in Mexico nice and fresh. We highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

What a delightful discovery passing through town this afternoon! Read about this new little restaurant in downtown area from online reviews and can’t say enough about the friendly service and great Mexican food. I ordered the carne asada and it was seasoned perfectly. I’m not fond of over-spicy food but the awesome staff helped me order everything just right. And you can’t beat the price. When in Tucumcari, check it out! Breakfast served too!

Making our way to California, we made a stop here for dinner since not many choices were available. From the moment we walked in was a great experience. Our waitress was so welcoming and friendly. The food is amazing. We ordered the skillet for 3 people. Portions are huge. We’re definitely stopping here again on our next road trip.

This is such a low key, unassuming restaurant. The murals on the walls are beautiful. We had a lovely server who was attentive and great natured. I ordered the quesobirria tacos. They were delicious and actually came with consume. The beans were a bit unusual with some wiener bits in it. We loved chatting with a local.

100% worth the stop off of I 40. It’s actually very close just in downtown Tucumcari. The beans along with chile rellanos and queso burrito tacos are excellent. The wait staff is very attentive and friendly.

This place is amazing! I love Mexican breakfast, because I eat it all the time I can be really picky sometimes. I stopped here as a quick pit stop on a road trip because it was recommended on my map. Omg beyond worth it! The food here is incredible! Everyone is so kind and helpful, truly a great comforting environment. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to stand out, but I will always remember this place! If I lived closer I’d be here everyday!

Local mom and pop serving the community a variety of flavors. The place is relaxed and seems to be popular with the locals. The food was good but had some missed steps. The salsa and beans seemed to not be homemade.

Other than those two quibbles, the chips were warm and fluffy. The fajitas are a good go-to choice and loaded with flavor. Kids’ options are the right size for the tinny eaters of the group.

Stopped here on an early January night while passing thru Tucumcari on the way back to Phoenix. It’s a friendly, open place with some great murals painted on the walls. Nothing fancy.

I ordered the Molcajete. They warned me that it would take a little while to prepare, and it did, but boy, was it worth it.They have a “King” version for a bit more money, but I don’t know how any one person could eat it. This thing arrives boiling hot in a lava bowl. The taste was incredible, and definitely worth the visit. My wife ordered Flautas, and – perhaps because they held it while the Molcajete was being done – the flautas arrived cold, and had to be sent back to be replaced. So the service was a little uneven, but the food was great. I would visit again.
