I had an amazing lunch at your restaurant. My and my moms first time here. We came at 212 in the afternoon. The food was exceptionally hot and fresh yay team in the back. Amiah took our order and was a true professional at it. My mom chose the kids grilled cheese meal no problems which was great. I had problems with not knowing what I wanted Amiah suggested boneless wings. I asked what flavors they had. She went through the list I decided on Garlic Parm. After all her hard work I looked up and saw the same list on the menu board. I apologized to her. She said no problem it was jer job tohelp the customers. I worked for taco bell for 30 years. I would loved to had the quality of employee that you have in Amiah. She’s an exceptional great persand wonderful person. Please give her a pat on the back for being all that. Also the store was clean and bathroom cleaned and well stocked. Appreciated all the excellent work your team had to offer. You have gained a customer for life because of that. Please treat her to something nice.

I went thur the dr thur. When I got home they had given me the wrong order. I called the store and talked to the manger. She said she knew it the moment I left. She told me, the next time I came to come in and she would make it right. Today I go in, she wasn’t there so I told the girls about what she said. They asked for my receipt of course I didn’t have it. They they couldn’t do any thing and gave a negative vibe like I was not telling the truth. I ask to see the manager on duty. She said she didn’t see the note the other manager said she would leave. She said she would replace the order. Cool no big deal. When the order was ready the girl tossed it on the counter and turn away with out a word. That bothered me. I left then came back in showing her my bank withdrawal and told her I felt she was rude. Her response was that I was lucky they replaced my food. I saw red and left before I became very rude. Kids these days have no respect for any one.

My husband and I come here from time to time and when we do it’s alright. Tonight’s was a disappointment. We ordered a wings and things meal and chicken sandwich meal with 3 cookies. The wings and all of the fries tasted like they had been sitting for a few hours. It didn’t taste like anything was fresh. The chicken strips they tasted good. So we were able to eat something. We also did NOT receive the cookies. This is why we normally try not to order cookies because everytime we go. We do not receive them. Now I don’t need you guys responding back saying “sorry for the negative experience. Please go to this website blah blah” because Zaxbys obviously doesn’t listen. If so, something would change and wouldn’t have these type of reviews. Yall never have anyone there with good customer service. It makes me sad because I’m sure everyone that work there are great people but they obviously hate what they are doing, I know people need jobs for a pay check but the least they can do is put on a smile, say hello and say have a great day/night. It’s not hard. I did customer service for years and I’m only 24.

Finally decided to try this place after 10 years of staying away. What a disappointment!! The young lady at the register is clueless about customer service much less common manners. No “hello” “hi”…just “for here or to go”! This place is in a small non cultured town. So I forgive her manners. Whoever manages this location needs to be trained properly. Then their greatness will shine through the employees. Get it together! This town is too small for this nonsense

i had ordered a signature sandwich meal and when i got my food the chicken was VERY dry and it was small and Very very crispy almost to a burnt level , and one of workers said it was the last one they had , took it inside to get it remade had to wait around 20 minutes for a new one and when i got the new one the sandwich was drenched in the zax sauce. do NOT come here if you don’t want your food messed up and then messed with because you spoke up.

I ordered a kids meal. No seasoning on fries .They didn’t put chicken in the box.
I went back she made me give her bag then I waited and recieved the chicken but the fries were loaded with seasoning. I didn’t bother to drive back again. They were not busy at the time i went. Service here is lacking. Food is good when they get it correct. But geesh Hard to find good help.

Idk how they messed it up THIS BAD 3 zax sauce instead of 3 ranches 2 medium drinks instead of a medium and a large. 2 coke zeros instead of a diet a zero. And to top it all off, not a straw in sight. Wonderful stuff

$11.29+tax for half a container of salad. There are no knives to cut the large pieces of chicken in our Zensation zalads. Perhaps lower the price to reflect the smaller portions. The Asian coleslaw made up the bulk of the salad greens and the egg rolls were burnt. Disappointing truly, not much value for so much money
At least the two men that ordered salads after me, got what they paid for, I feel robbed and you should too Zaxsbys bc you aren’t getting your money’s worth out of the employee that mat makes the salads

If 0 was an option would be 0 stars!!! Such a HORRIBLE experience all around!!! Walked inside and there are 3 workers just standing around and it took a few minutes to actually acknowledge me and take my order. Then the girl was very nice and took my order properly, but when i finally got my food the fingers were supposed to be tossed and were not tossed so i had to send them back. Also while i was waiting for my food there were two other guests that just waited and waited while the 3 girls just stood around and possibly took drive thru orders idk. Then the main thing I am complaining about is the food! Traditional wings were WAYYYY overcooked and burnt couldnt even taste the teriyaki they were tossed in. And now that was all I ate all day so i know its from there but i am sick and can not stay off the toilet! If i could put 0 stars i would put 0!!! Never going there again!!!
