This was my first time eating from here, referred by a coworker but I believe we may share different experiences. I order two of the 8 piece buffalo bone in wings and half of my order was undercooked! I even tried to call the restaurant and no one answered the phone! I’m pregnant so getting sick from this could be extremely dangerous. I really wanted my money back but until they get the temp right for cooking this chicken I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy food from here. I’ll just cook at home next time but I Wanted to give them a try. Ordered through the website by the way!!

Best bet is to order wings elsewhere
Ordered through DoorDash and received cold food which was not necessarily restaurants fault. Although the dry rub seasoning or better yet lack much thereof is definitely the restaurants fault. I only give two stars because unlike other reviews thankfully my chicken came fully cooked. DoorDash rectified the issue of cold food thankfully and could of been avoided by experienced dasher. Though due to basically plain wings recieved, I will not be ordering from here or Chili’s (actual restaurant) ever again.

We put an order in through Door dash for bone in wings. We received boneless I can’t eat boneless. We were refunded but we used a coupon so we’re forced reorder the right wings for more money.I tried to call 3 times no answer I get being busy. But please double check your orders before sending out!

Fries tasted so old, the soda was flat, and the ranch was hot and runny because they put the hot with cold. They also didn’t give any napkins but hey the wings were great so I won’t complain fully.

The wings are a No for me. I will not order from here again. I ordered no sauce on half of my wings, I guess that means no seasoning at all. Disgusting.The wings had a lot of fat on them. The Barbeque rub on the other half of my wings was barely noticeable. I wish I could get my money back. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.

Fry’s were greasy and somehow undercooked, needed to recook the fry’s and wings and there was practically zero sauce. Was disappointed when I realized these are technically a Chili’s product certainly not anything I’d call good quality. Large wings only good thing I can say, if only I didn’t have to finish cooking them. Should be illegal to advertise as a completely different kitchen.

I don’t leave many reviews but I’m totally dissatisfied! I ordered through DoorDash but didn’t realize they operate out of Chillis which is fine but I would’ve just ordered something from them directly. To top it off my boneless wings weren’t sauced as ordered and my bone in were undercooked. Everything was cold which the restaurant is on 2 miles up the road! Buyer beware!

I recently order online through google and had my brother go to pick it up. When he got there they were asked for a name, even though google didnt prompt for one, so i had to dig for the order comp number. This all took about 20 minutes, from when he got there to when he was able to leave with the order.
When he got home and we sat down to eat, i noticed that all the wings ordered were boneless, not bone-in like i had ordered. So i called the store a few times, about 3, with the intent to claim a partial refund, because boneless wings cost less that bone-in. Each call was on hold for a few minutes each. No one ever picked up and i never got my refund.
No thanks for the bad service from your connection with google, but thank you very much for the food, it was great like always.
