This place is an alternative for melo melo. Quality wise and taste wise for the jelly are as good as melo melo. One thing I don’t like is the egg waffle because it wasnt not crispy. Other than that, everything’s good. Lots of parking. Service by server are friendly and didn’t take too long to get my food.

I’m surprised with the quality of the food and it is fairly priced. The egg waffle is not the best that I have, but it was only that’s like the price of 15 years ago. The mango jelly comes in a glass jar, the coconut jelly is not very sweet, the mango it’s very very naturally sweet. I think the citrusy mangoes works really well with the coconut jelly. I agree with some other review it might take a bit long, I order it on doordash and the pickup time got pushed back for like 6 minutes. I believe it was because the egg waffles were freshly made and it takes time for it to cool down to get crispy. The waffle and the jar of jelly only cost me less than $12. The jelly come with a cute spoon and I’m very happy that I found this place, it is right by Vons and I just sit there and charge my car while I’m enjoying the desserts.

Family-owned coconut dessert spot in the Vons plaza. They also have teas, pancakes, and cakes (whole ones). Came here with my sister around 7pm on a Monday evening to get some dessert and there was no line. They recently had a grand opening, so I’m hopeful that they’ll be successful. Credit cards accepted. Free parking in the plaza. Indoor seating available.
We got a red bean coconut jelly and a matcha jelly. The desserts were very similar to Melo-Melo, but a tad less sweet (which was perfect for us). They were silky and perfect for a hot day. The matcha flavor was light, and the red bean was more robust. Overall, really pleasant takeout experience and super tasty desserts – I’d recommend stopping by if you’re in the Walnut area!

Beautiful new location. I think I like this location than the one on Colima and Fairway. Parking was so much easier and the shop itself is much more spacious. Customer service was also very good and very efficient! (They’re bilingual too)
