Had a gathering of about 20 people for my daughter’s birthday. Food was great from taste to the portion size. Staff was very friendly and accommodating and I would not hesitate to have another event there. Price was undeniable fair and reasonable. Thanks Again. Great food and great service

This is by far the worst Umbertos I have eaten at. Food is mediocre. I ordered a Buffalo chicken roll with a side of blue cheese. They gave me marinara. I thought it was a simple mistake. Then they did it a second time. Now I’m wondering if it’s laziness or stupidity. We also had an issue with ordering online. Food never arrived. Called the store but no answer. When I spoke to them the next day. There excuse was the system was down and they also decided to close early. What really bothered me is they didn’t try and rectify the situation properly. I had to ask for my refund as it was not one of their initial options. Lastly I can’t forget about the burnt pizza. I added a picture to show what they delivered.

I was shopping in Massapequa and stopped by Umberto’s for lunch!
WOW the food was excellent we ordered not one BUT 2 orders of Baked Clams they were so delicious we also had salmon piccata it was super fresh and tasted delicious and beautiful glass of sangria.
BUT what also make this place absolutely the best, is the team that works there ,Peter the chef came to say hello, Carlos the manager super friendly, Antonio our waiter was exceptional same as the girls they all were very attentive, quick, and kind. Looking forward to go back soon again.
Definitely a wonderful place to eat.

Went in first time in a while for pizza by the slice for me and my family, all the pies available were overcooked/burned, prices were up since our last visit in the summer and slices were smaller, sicilian, regular, and deep dish were all smaller and more expensive and overcooked. Counter help very unfriendly. All these long island pizzarias now are turning corporate with no concerns for customer service or quality. There’s an umbertos in every major town in Nassau, so its not surprise they only care about $$$ not quality or regular customers

The grandma pizza from Umberto’s is great and it is the only place that I would ever considering getting a grandma’s pizza from. The other pizza types are great as well at Umberto’s.
