Our visit today to Hardee’s in Piney Flats on Hwy 11 East, left nothing to be desired. Our cashier was Summer, who had ZERO customer service. The cook, has gloves on, but is holding his phone and speaking with someone. He finally finishes his conversation, sets his phone down, DOES NOT CHANGE HIS GLOVES and proceeds to assemble our burgers. Who knows what that phone has been in contact with!!! Also, the fries were not made fresh, they were ones that had already been cooked and sitting in the tray. There was also a lady in there, not sure if she was an employee, on a zoom meeting. We were able to hear everything that was being discussed, including the questions from the other participants. Will we return to Hardee’s, possibly, but not to this location.

Love Hardee’s breakfast normal great food and good atmosphere however this morning in piney flats I felt so sorry for the cashier. The manger yelling and causing a scene. Come on no one wants to hear the argument take it to the office don’t do it in front of a full lobby. Simply ridiculous!!!!

Ordered the blt ranch combo and blt sandwich 7/11/21. Asked for fresh chicken and wasn’t even hot or warm.The manager said its always Served with some brown lettuce. (Gross) Fries was fresh. The manager was on duty was only one really working. I just asked for a refund. Have also had previously experience about month ago when on lunch break from work Ordered charbroiled chicken club sandwich , hot dog the chilli was not fresh tasting. I have worked at hardees know how the procedures are done in the restaurant business and this is not it.

This place is absolute dog water. I’m not sure what happened to their consistency over the last few years but the quality of service AND food have gone downhill. I was getting breakfast and saw these fools taking the buns for lunch out of the freezer 30 minutes before lunch started. So if anyone has buns that have hard spots in them? It’s because they were not properly thawed before being put on the char broiler. Demand your money back.

This Hardee’s is the best one I’ve been at since I’ve been eating at Hardee’s. The cleanliness of the dining room and the bathrooms is amazing. The workers there Shaun(best biscuits I’ve ever ate, Tony, Joyce, and Lindsey. The best restaurant crew in the best Restaurant. And the Manager Chasity they all did a phenomenal job!!!!
