We were here first Saturday of December 2025
It was super busy outside
We sat in the terrace with beers whilst 2year old child watched palace lights
When baby asked for food the manager invited us inside, couldn’t promise amazing table but he took our drinks inside, created a safe clean space for us.
As we were waiting, a window seat became available and he sat us there.
Parents and a tiny child
Normally he is loud and crazy, he was super hungry
During food he was SILENT
he loved the pasta from the kids menu
We enjoyed chicken stew and beef stew
Both complemented how nice the food was
Great service and amazing staff
Made to feel welcome and like a proper guest from the start to finish

Decided to give this place a try seeing the bad reviews. Please save your time and go somewhere else !!!!!
Waiters are really rude. The waiters are the king , not the customers. Asked waiter to lift table = no, took a chair to put groceries bag = no. The waiters almost want to argue with you.
Horrible horrible service ! The worst restaurant I have been to in terms of service. Location was at a prime place, mussels weren’t fresh.

The place is located right in Grand Place, so it’s the perfect spot to have your meal and enjoy the view.
We were seated outside, it was nice. The service was fast. we ordered mussels, a burger, and cherry beer.
Loved the mussels, the portion is huge! The burger was very tasty, with a lot of meat and the beer was amazing, tried cherry beer for the first time, and absolutely loved it.
It is overpriced a little bit, but you have your lunch right in the heart of the city

I really wanted to like this restaurant but I’m a bit disappointed. This place is perfectly placed and has a real unique feeling.
We arrived with a bigger group during dinner time. We had book in advance an ordered menus.
The dishes were boringly tasteless and the service slow. They’ve got a friendly staff but some of them were painfully unexperienced.
The prices seemed acceptable and the beer was cold. 😉

The only reason we went inside because most of the restaurants weren’t open until 6pm. And we wanted to sit down somewhere to watch the Grand Place sound&light show. So the restaurant has amazing location, unfortunately the service not the best, and quite rude staff. The food was decent, good portion, but quite bland. Didn’t come with high expectations so wasn’t disappointed, but good place to warm yourself up before the show.

The waiter here was extremely attentive with a good balance of feeling relaxed. He was incredible. The food was brilliant too. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a restaurant in the square – we tried others and this was by far the best service.

I wouldn’t recommend it. We were two and arrived around noon on a beautiful August day, but the staff acted as if they didn’t want us there—very indifferent. The pizza tasted like it came from an over-frozen box, so the value for money was really poor. Definitely a tourist trap restaurant.
