Got here at 11:05 PM om a thursday night lobby was well lite up doors were locked. I recommended as lobby was closed they should just dim the lights as I wasnt sure if i could enter while picking up a doordash delivery and the woman employee notified me that upper management wants it fully lite up to shpw the locations drive thru is available but doing so confuses people working in the area thats not familier with the locations times.

DO NOT EAT HERE! Try to give everybody the benefit of doubt, visiting three separate times this week all items that I’ve ordered come out of a fryer and take less than 5 minutes to cook, every single time the food has been cold and well over 30 minutes old. Tried to speak with a manager only for a name never to be given and then she hung the phone up rudely. This establishment is a joke, they need to tear this Burger King down and put a Chick-fil-A.

Service was fast however I know it is difficult to get good health these days but we really do have to discuss with the younger kids how to speak to grown-ups I mean seriously the level of courtesy is expected and when that level is not reached then you don’t get the five stars sorry not sorry I was really frustrated what the level of resentment that the young girl had towards me as if I was bothering her or she was being put out by taking my order she threw the bag on the counter and turned around to walk away I asked for ketchup and salt she threw that down and said here’s that and here’s that and then immediately turned to Walk Away I know it sound might sound a little ridiculous but there’s just a level of respect that you would expect when going to a restaurant she couldn’t wait to get back to the other women who were standing around loudly complaining angrily about somebody spending three hours to make a schedule and moaning and complaining about somebody that that works there possibly the manager I mean it was just totally unacceptable and ridiculous the older women are feeding into the younger women and they were all getting each other whipped up into a frenzy over the person who is spending all that time making the schedule why should I is the customer have to know anything about any of that I shouldn’t I really shouldn’t and it’s truly unfortunate but there’s always one that will start to gossip and drag everybody else into it and then before you know it everybody standing around is whipped up into a gossip frenzy I mean it’s literally like a disease an infection it will get into you and destroy you and boy you could feel the anger the frustration the resentment towards the employee that wasn’t there coming from all of these women who are wrapped up in this whole insanity that had absolutely nothing to do with cooking food and serving the customers I mean come on man what are we talking about here so that alone I might possibly stop next time at the restaurant next-door instead of this one but you never know I might give it a second try anyways but wow I left to sit in my car and leave this review right away before I forgot because I hate it in there alot going on

I have come to this Burger King for years because everyone has always been so nice and the food has always been good. After today, I’ll be going elsewhere. They were not super busy. Maybe 3 cars in front of me and they all had short orders. We had to wait at the order screen for a good solid 2-4 minutes, and when someone did take our order he was rude as could be. They also charged us for our mozzarella sticks but didn’t give them to us.

Order was missing our nuggets after pulling us up to wait. Went in got those, get home, fries weren’t edible (some burnt some undercooked and cold) not a napkin one, and very disappointing experience. Whopper was good as usual though

I took my young daughters on a little daddy date here. The food was good, the service was fast, and the facilities were clean. The staff was so kind, one even brought our food to our table and brought cardboard crowns for the girls. We enjoyed our experience.

Gotta give them credit as it was busy looked under staffed, but they did keep talking to everyone and let them know what was happening and very apologetic for taking so long. More places need to do this because being friendly to those waiting is very important and their manager should praise them for a job well done i would go back again and wait in line again just because they staff was awesome and friendly and opon leaving they again thanked us for coming in and apologetic for the wait. To the employees of that Burger King keep up the great attitude because that goes a long way, totally 5 stars from myself. Thanks Vince I’m checking no wait because you guys were awesome

It was really nice. I expecting the normal indoor fast food post covid, but place was clean and food was great. Staff helped me with my selection and it was a great late lunch.
