Everytime we’re in Corsicana we visit this Church’s Chicken location! Our visit today 11/12/24 (around 1pm) was excellent! The lady at the front desk has amazing customer service skills. She greeted us upon entry and got our food ready really fast during our dine-in visit. She even took time to separate our spicy chicken from the regular chicken and put it in separate box for our toddler. The chicken was hot and fresh! The sweet tea was awesome! Love this place. Please keep up the great work guys! Thank you for your service yesterday!

Went here with my husband and a friend..my husband ordered 2 tender meals for us with fries and they gave us 2 bone-in chicken meals, one with mashed potatoes. When we told them that’s not what we ordered, they gave us a bit of attitude and said that we needed to be more specific when ordering though we did tell them exactly what we wanted when we ordered.

The food was good and it was fresh, however it took a long time for them to prepare it and it wasn’t very busy. The dining area was filthy and it was well past lunch, I would have thought somebody would have tidied up.
We also were told the tenders would come with gravy. In both of our meals there was no gravy and the biscuits were very hard.
We also didn’t receive any napkins or spoons to eat our mashed potatoes.
Aside from that, the dining area at this location was odd. There were no trash receptacles or a station to get extra napkins, salt, pepper, etc.

Whoever was just working the drive thru was pretty rude and couldn’t understand anything I was trying to order and then wouldn’t give me a refill with my cup.
