Potatoes and bacon burnt, eggs cooked hard and chopped into squares. Completely ignored by staff after receiving our food. No drink refills, no asking if our meal was OK, had to go up to ask for the check ourselves after about 30 min.

Such a nice surprise! Even though there wasn’t an official vegan option on the menu, they happily made hash browns and piled veggies and mushrooms (generously) on top. Also added jalapeño and served with sourdough toast. Unbuttered. Jam and apple butter both vegan.

Good place to get breakfast. Went in when it was busy and our food still came out fast. I got the Denver omelette and it was just tasty my sister got the waffles and they were HUGE!

For the flatlander tourists: If you want fast food, Burger King is down the road.
Great breakfasts take a bit of time to prepare and the food here is worth the wait. And don’t be a savage, tip WELL and above 50% minimum! Anything less is embarrassing proof that your parents failed in your upbringing. Deal with that and correct it.
The staff is always amazing, and work incredibly hard to give you the best that they can despite the overwhelming crowds. Did I mention the food being great?
I love this place and try to stop in at least once a week.

The food is pretty good. I don’t know about other seasons, but during the summer, the breakfast shift was very busy. We stayed in between Mackinaw and Cheboygan, and the prices at Alice’s were much more reasonable than anywhere else.
