Four stars for confusion over seating and initially being waited on, but definitely excellent service once that was settled.

I went here to have lunch while my wife and I were away celebrating our 15 year anniversary. This place is great! It’s small, but very cozy, clean, and a good environment! The bartender/waitress was absolutely fantastic and the cooks did a great job! Our food was delicious and service was perfect, can’t ask for any better than that!

I ordered Ziti with marinara sauce and for meatballs tonight…
The delivery was fast but the food was horrible. The Marinara sauce tasted like a bottle of hot sauce had been dumped into it. The ziti was overcooked and pasty. And the meatballs were fair to me that was a lot of money for a lousy meal. Disappointed as I usually get very good food from twisted Pizza!

We visited shortly after they first opened. They had moved into the space that once belonged to a beloved local pizza spot. The building looks great — beautifully updated — but unfortunately, the food and service were a major letdown.
Our two takeout pizzas were undercooked and dripping with grease — so much so that the bottoms stuck to the cardboard boxes. Both ended up in the trash.
We decided to give them another try a few months later, hoping things had improved. Sadly, the second experience was even worse. One pizza looked like it had been carried sideways in the box.
With so many good pizza options in town, this is one place we won’t be returning to.

Okay been there twice in 2 weeks. First time Pizza was so badly burned you could break a window with it, but my BLT wrap was awesome. Went back the next week, ordered the BLT wrap again and when I got home it was swimming in grease! Threw it out. Parking is horrible there are well. Definitely done there.
UPDATE: I’m a glutton for punishment. After a 3rd attempt at this ridiculous place, Take a look at my Med/Well done burger picture. 3 TIMES YOUR OUT!

This was the first time eating at this Twisted Pizza. I met family members. There were 6 of us. The waiter was courteous and friendly. The food was delicious and came out fairly quickly. I would most definitely eat here again.

Be careful when ordering grinders. You have to specify that you want your grinder on bread. I ordered a steak and cheese grinder with mushroom onion and mayo. We were delivered the innards of the grinder and no bread. For 50+ years “grinder” has always implied bread. When I called I was told I didn’t specify I wanted bread. What?? I am completely dumbfounded.
